Fashion Care Professional Dry Cleaners

Let’s face it, we’ve all been to many dry cleaners but few of us review them unless they are fantastic. And this one is. Great customer service, very friendly and they do a Great job every single time.

After our wedding in Breckenridge, we brought my gown here to be cleaned. My father-​in-​law has been going here for years and dropped it off with his work clothes, not asking for a specific service.
Each day when he came by to pick up his regular clothes, the adorable owner told him, «not ready yet!». When it was finished, she had cleaned each gorgeous layer of my Vera Wang couture gown and packed it in what seemed like a hermetically sealed box, perfectly preserved. Such a wonderful service from such unassuming people.

You are always met with a smile from DJ. The do great work and in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great dry cleaner try these folks.

Friendly but when push comes to shove they don’t deliver. I had taken some clothing in for a few months, Then I took a nice pair of silk slacks in and when I got them back, they were blotchy and ruined. When I pointed this out (should I really have to point something like that out?), he told me he would try and fix them. Fair enough. When I came back, he told me that somebody else did it. ??? They didn’t look like that before I took them in so Im not sure how that works. When I challenged that response he told me they were ‘old’ pants! Really? The slacks didn’t look like this before I brought them in so now somebody else is to blame? Oh well, sucks for me! That is really his attitude. So if you want to have them ruin expensive clothing and blame somebody else… that can/​will happen at Fashion Care Dry Cleaning. I have had better service and better work done in the city… everywhere else in the country… Certainly better places in the city than this place. When there is a real problem, they blame somebody else vs taking responsibility for their incompetence. Tsk tsk.

We live 3 blocks from here and are so happy with the professional work and service we receive. The owners are SO nice and truly take pride in their work.

So ridiculous. I called to get some prices for laundry and dry cleaning in order to compare them to Bonnie Brae Cleaners as well as the cleaners in my husband’s office building and was told that they wouldn’t tell me prices over the phone?! And that they don’t have a website. The only way to find out what this business charges is to go ask in-​person because they said they don’t want to tell competitors their prices. Are they kidding? What a weird rationale & a shady business. Why would any legitimate operation hide their prices from potential customers and/​or competitors? I will obviously not be patronizing this establishment…

Still come here and receive great, quick service. 2 blazers for $ 15!
