Felice Bridal

Honestly, I really wanted to like this place, and I almost never write negative reviews. However, I went here with my best friend to try on dresses, and I picked it for her based on the Unilocal reviews, so I don’t want anyone else to fall into the same trap as we did. Because we will NOT be back.
Where other bridal salons have separate «viewing» areas, this was one large communal one. So basically, that meant that my best friend and another young woman were trying on the SAME dresses and watching each other in the mirror — not a very helpful thing to do when you are shopping for your own unique wedding day. You don’t want to sit there comparing yourself to someone else either! It just took away from the special feeling. Add to this that MANY of the dresses were only sample size, so if you are a beautiful slender woman, yet taller like my best friend, the dresses do not make you feel very great when you try them on. Once again, you should feel BEAUTIFUL when you are trying on wedding dresses — and it just didn’t feel like Felice was trying to help us accomplish that.
The saleswomen were nice — but not really in tune or listening to what we were looking for, they seemed like they were pushing their own agenda instead. Maybe this is a better bridal shop for young 24 year olds coming over from the Cherry Creek mall after shopping at Forever 21 for a weekend outfit, but definitely didn’t seem like the place for a fashionable yet more conservative and traditional bride.
Felice, you look pretty from the outside, but inside, not too hot.

I loved this place! The dresses were beautiful and the ladies were really helpful and fun. I can’t wait to wear my dress this weekend!

This place was FABULOUS!!! All of the girls that worked there were so sweet and helpful and also very conscious of my budget. It didn’t feel like they were selling me or trying to make a dime they were just focused on helping me find the right dress. I was there the weekend of a sample sale and their sample dresses were in excellent condition, looked like they had barely been worn even though they had been on the floor for months.

Every bride looking for their dress absolutely needs to make an appointment with Robin at Felice Bridal!!! Robin was SO easy to work with and really knows what she is doing. At first I was worried about finding something I would love due to the shop being so small, but once I started looking at all of the dresses I realized that they nailed the whole «quality over quantity» thing. Even with a pretty modest budget ($ 2,000 as the absolute max), Robin was able to pull out a ton of dresses that fell into my price range. I ended up finding «the dress» here and could not be any happier with it and my experience with Robin.

This place was a life-​saver. For various reasons, my mom needed a wedding gown, fast. I told her not to bother with Felice, because I had read online that you need an appointment, etc. We decided to chance it and walked in on a Saturday afternoon. I expected to be turned away immediately, but instead the owner of the store was SO welcoming and kind (even though the store was clearly very busy). She immediately showed us several dresses that could be bought quickly, and advised my mom on sizes/​cut/​style. She also arranged for a tailoring appointment and made sure everything would be ready in 2 weeks. I cannot recommend this place enough. Gorgeous dresses (and, yes, designer prices – be prepared), wonderful customer service, professional assistance, and a very beautiful store.
Note: I did not see any bridesmaids’ dresses here. It wasn’t a David’s Bridal type of store at all – definitely wedding gowns only. But if that’s what you’re looking for, I would go straight to Felice.

I could not be happier with my dress and shopping experience at Felice Bridal! The staff were incredibly attentive, professional and accomodating. I loved the atmosphere and the one-​on-​one attention they gave each and every bride. Robin and her daughter made the appointment fun and stress-​free for me and my family. Their knowledge of fits, variation in price points, relationships with designers and wide selection of dresses/​accessories is very impressive. I would highly recommend Felice to any bride-​to-​be looking for THE DRESS!

I am so happy to have gone to Felice. My sister bought her wedding gown here a few years ago, and I couldn’t be happier that I took her recommendation. Robin was so attentive and intuitive, and she navigated the (larger than expected and somewhat complex) family/​friend entourage dynamic so smoothly. Robin understood my vision for my wedding day and was so great at reading my emotions and reactions with each dress. She made me feel so comfortable and really created a fun environment. I’m thrilled to say that I found the dress of my dreams thanks to Felice!

The staff there was was very helpful and n genuinely nice. They have a wide range of prices and took my budget into consideration when helping me choose. I loved that the dress I really liked there, they accessorize with a veil, put my hair up, added a belt and hairpiece so I could see the complete look. It was really a tossup between a toss up between a dress there and another. Even though I didn’t end up with a dress there, I had a great experience!

After wonderful experiences at 4 other bridal shops, I was shocked at how my fitting went at Felice. Bethany was short, condescending and seemed genuinely annoyed we were in the shop. We arrived 6 minutes early and was told it would just be a minute. No problem. My sister, mother and I went to look at some of the selection. Apparently Felice does NOT want you touching their dresses without supervision. Bethany quickly demanded we take a seat because she will «assist us on previewing the dresses.» So we sat a little confused at her abrupt behavior. Bethany was clearly having a bad day.
We had an idea of a price range, but that was not set in stone. Bethany was considerate of that with a comment of «Due to your price restrictions…» She was just horribly rude. Sadly I could have found «the one» at Felice, but i decided Bethany didn’t deserve our patronage.
The group next to us was attended by the owner and owners daughter. Both seemed very pleasant and helpful. I wish I had the option to work with one of them. Sorry Felice, you look like you have nice gowns. I would have happily paid more for a beautiful dress if I was actually «allowed» to look at them.

I visited Felice on a Saturday morning, they’ve just moved to their new location and it is very gorgeous and their staff is welcoming. My sister and I were greeted by Bethany and offered some champagne, and I got to try on all of the dresses that I wanted to try on, and felt that Bethany and the rest of the staff were great about answering my questions and helping me choose the perfect gown.
I’m confused about the criticisms on price because I actually came in under my $ 1500 dress budget, but I also was looking for a particular designer when I came in there, and I knew how her dresses ran. Ultimately I found the dress I’ve been dreaming of, and every day since then I’m more and more happy about my choice. I’m looking forward to working with Felice at their «Accessory Parties» to help choose my veil!

After a horrible experience at another store, I called Felice’s to see if they had any appointments available. I was in the area, and was fit in that day (on a Saturday after noon). I was pleasantly greeted, and met with Karen (?). Karen was extremely helpful and tried very hard to make me happy. I, unfortunately, had reached my limit, and was too overwhelmed to continue trying on, so me and my entourage left.
My only issue with Felice was their selection. All of their dresses were very small sample sizes, and I couldn’t really squeeze into a size 6. I am a 12. They did have a decent selection under my price range, and a lovely selection which was far over. Felice’s seems to be the place to go if you have the money to spend on a hand made couture dresses.
Overall, they were very helpful, and have a lovely selection of higher end gowns.

I had such a great experience at Felice’s with both Karen and Robin. I had been to other salons and just hadn’t found a dress that wow’d me. Their selection is exquisite and you couldn’t go wrong with any of their dresses.
Karen walked around the store with me, and listened to what I liked about different dresses before she pulled a few that she thought would be perfect. And, she was right. She listened to my budget, and was able to help accessorize the dress to make it exactly what I pictured.
Their customer service was wonderful– you really feel as though you are one-​on-​one with your consultant, and the store isn’t packed with other brides fighting for a dressing room. The ordering process was painless, and Robin was so thorough with measurements so we could order the proper size dress.
I would absolutely recommend them to other brides!

After going to another nearby bridal salon where there were limited sizes available to try on and we were not allowed to touch any dresses — me and my girls sauntered over to Felice. It was really on a whim as we just looked up the closest bridal salon. So glad we found this gem!
Kellie helped us (even though we were walk-​ins without an appointment) find dresses that were within my price range. There were quite a few and three of them were really great but 1 stood out and made us all say «Ahhh» in unison.
Not only was it a great experience and I found the perfect dress, I found the perfect dress that was on SALE! It is so gorgeous, one of a kind in Colorado and needs minor alterations.
They even allowed me to store my dress there until I am ready to have it altered. I can come and try it on in the meantime as well with 24 hours notice.
Such a wonderful gem of a place. Highly encourage any would-​be bride to go to Felice first, don’t need to waste time anywhere else!

My wonderful experience is finally coming to an end and Felice Bridal has made my bridal/​wedding dress experience flawless and stress free. I worked with Kelly on my first appointment and she made feel very comfortable. I am not the typical girly girl. (I have not been planning this day since I was a little girl, no I have not always knew exactly how my dress or wedding would look like). Kelly let me try on a variety of styles so I could find exactly what I was looking for, even though I came in not really having much of an idea of what I should look like. Karen and Robin are extremely welcoming and nice too!
The shop is in Cherry Creek and it is small, but not as small as I’ve seen and they have many beautiful dresses in a variety of price and styles.
Their accessories and veils are also beautiful, I wanted them all. I have been working with their alterations lady, Donna, and she has been just as pleasant as everyone else. Her work looks great, especially given the detail of my chosen dress. I can’t wait to pick it up next week for the BIG DAY!
I spoke with Kelly about my bridesmaid dresses and the specific color I wanted and she pulled out swatches of colors and I immediately found the shade I was looking for and my bridesmaids got a discount too. Kelly even made sure to order all bridesmaids dresses at the same time so they would all have the same shade (sometimes the color/​shade can vary, fabrics just don’t always turn out the exact same shade).
Everything has just been a breeze with Felice Bridal! I can’t not thank them enough for given me such a wonderful and amazing experience!!!

Robin was an ANGEL! I walked in to shop for Anna Campbell, and she comforted me when I didn’t pull off my dream dress. She got a few adjectives of what I wanted, walked back with a newly-​sampled dress and that was IT! My dream dress was perfection, and she made it so effortless. And for those that think they’re «snotty” — she split my payment over 3 credit cards and made no judgment at all. I even got a Christmas gift at purchase that let me come back for their amazing accessory night and get my veil for free and a GORGEOUS rhinestone cuff we improvised into an accent belt piece! It was everything I wanted, and they were an absolute dream; everyone there, but most memorably for me… Robin.

I went into this bridal shop on a whim while searching for my wedding dress. I just dropped in early on Saturday, and the saleswoman was so sweet to me — allowing me to browse and try on a few dresses. She even brought me one she thought I might like based on my other selections. While I didn’t go back here a second time or get my dress here, they really did have some beautiful options. They weren’t quite my style, but very pretty nonetheless. Definitely make this a stop on your wedding dress search journey!

After I had a bad experience at another local bridal shop, my mother called Felice to see if they minded if we dropped by. They kindly offered to help us on very short notice, and the service was wonderful. Their staff was knowledgeable and helped me find a wide variety of gowns to try on.
While the price range is higher, the quality of the gowns is exceptional. Most of them are silk and all seem very well constructed. They also have a few that are in a more affordable price ranges. My gown was actually a sample gown which was in very gown condition. A bride with a moderate budget should be able to find something suitable, while a bride with a higher budget should be able to get her money’s worth.
I have been to many bridal shops looking for my gown, but my best shopping experience was here. They did not pressure me to buy immediately, but allowed me to make my decision in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
