Ferguson Appraisals LLC was founded by Dustin Ferguson. Dustin originally worked in Wyoming conducting commercial and industrial real estate appraisals throughout Wyoming and Northern Colorado. He continues to meet client needs in both, Colorado and Wyoming.

Business Owner

Dustin P. Ferguson holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. Dustin was one of the founding members of the Designated Appraiser Coalition (DAC). He is presently a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado and Wyoming and is active in several local appraisal groups. His professional experience is in the fee preparation of commercial, industrial and residential real estate appraisals. Dustin has conducted many appraisals for contractors of the FDIC, other government entities and has valued large real estate acquisitions in the multi-​million dollar range. Dustin has experience appraising a wide range of commercial, industrial, special-​use and residential properties.
