they made my phone worse, really bad attitude, spend double time and still desire for $ 100, after failed fix my phone. if u want test how patient just go for this store!

Got my iPhone 6 screen replace. Realized that when my phone is flat on a table facing up, the screen doesn’t work. IF YOU GET A SCREEN REPLACEMENT MAKE SURE YOU TRY TO USE YOUR PHONE WHEN IT IS LAYING FLAT ON A TABLE. I paid 160 and they wanted a $ 25 tip. No thanks.

These guys saved my phone!!! Best looking workers EVERRRRRR!!! And the prices, priceless! Love this spot.

Had the best experience with the guys from Fix Color & More !!! I had problems with my iPhone 5 for two days went to the Apple Store for diagnosing… The girl who «attempted» to help me completely fried My phone and no longer worked after she tried to restore my phone back to factory settings. She told me to wait 10 mins while for the process … She never returned… I was told it couldn’t be fixed and would have to buy a new phone… Needless to say I took it to fix color and more and after about an hour or so… My phone was fixed and working like new!!! These guys are awesome and I would trust them with any device … I highly recommend these guys, totally professional and sincere.

My screen on my iphone was pulling away from the backing (i assumed it was from my dropping it so many times). I came to these guys where the technician was funny and nice right from the start. He saw my phone, immediately assured me he would find the root of the problem and find a solution, and to check back in 20 minutes. Not only had he finished before 20 minutes had even gone by, he was honest and polite. He told me that my battery had expanded and was actually at risk of catching fire, and compared it side by side to a normal battery. The battery was pushing my screen up and away from the back of the phone and was the root of all my problems. He could have easily told me the screen was broken and charged me to buy a completely new one plus a battery, but instead he fixed my screen and only charged me for the new battery, not even the labor. Not only was he a kind and genuine guy, he listened to all my concerns and explained the solutions, instead of talking over me or telling me not to worry about it like other places do. If i ever were to break my screen or have any other issues, i will be coming back here first. Can’t thank him enough for the work he did.

When my phone got cracked, I though I would never be able to use it again. But these guys made it like brand new again. I have been using it for 5 months, no problem so far.

It was an amazing customer service. They repaired my phone really quickly and I didn’t have any problem with my phne since then. If i have a problem with my phone again, I know the place to go now.

I’m a total cults and often break my Iphone. I come here because they do a great job and have amazing customer service. One time they swapped my sleeker out for me. The price and services here are better than anywhere else and I’ve shopped around. I love how they always make me laugh and do a great job fixing or color swapping for me. One time I had to go to apple to upgrade and they changed the color back to white for me so I didn’t have any problems. I’m mainly leaving this review because the only other review on here is one star mad girl and I think that it should be known that that is a reflexion of one irate individual’s reaction. Something very well could have been wrong with her phone that had nothing to do with her screen change and still she blames the kiosk. Maybe things could have been communicated better, I don’t know, but I DO know that the next I change my favorite color to metallic gold and/​or crack my screen I’m definitely going back to these boys :)

NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THE CRAPPY QUALITY AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
When I first got a color screen put on, the screen he put on was defective. It has a spot that wasn’t working. That should have been my first tip off. He then replaced it with another screen, which was the wrong color. (Pink, he thought I would like it more since I’m a female.) So I asked him to change it to the color I asked for originally. All seemed fine for a few weeks.
Three weeks later, my screen starts getting fuzzy. I figure it’ll be fine, not wanting to bother them again. Two weeks after that, my screen turns black with a white circle in the center for no reason before stopping working completely. I take it to a Apple. It no longer can be modified by them because it’s no longer an Apple product (which no one warned me about).
I take it back to the kiosk, where the guy is a complete jerk, saying its a charging problem without even looking at it. I have to bug him to even look at it.
Bottom line: Suck it up and fork over an extra hundred dollars at the iPhone store. It’s worth not having to deal with the crappy screens for the rest of the phone’s life.
