Annie is an awesome stylist! Love going to her but I would also go to anyone in this salon.

I have sat with writing this review for about three weeks now. It’s not my intent to hurt the stylist reputation. But, after being completely heartbroken over the TERRIBLE hair cut I received I decided it was fair to post this very honest and disappointing experience.
I spent a few months in search of my «new salon». I was not in a huge hurry for change and I was growing my hair out.
With all the amazing reviews and tons of 5 stars honestly, I just zipped right over the bad reviews. NOW, I can only wish I would have spent more time reading (I’ll never make that mistake again)
If even just a few of the bad reviews. As there was another reviewer whom seemed to have a similar experience.
After reading all the «good» reviews I booked with Devon.
For three weeks every time I have looked or touched the length of my hair I get very upset. Okay, it’s «just hair» yes it «grows back». But, she chopped into my hair giving me layers I stressed I didn’t want — some of the things I told her; I am growing my hair out and I want it all one length NO LAYERS.
I just couldn’t believe the experience. I couldn’t believe getting the exact opposite of what I asked and further more getting exactly what I didn’t want! I would never go back and I hope your smarter then I was and read or at least skim the other poor experiences, and choose not just another stylist more wisely but, I would choose a whole other salon!

I have been coming here for a year and it’s time to write a review. I originally had Kiersten doing my hair but when she is unavailable I will see Patrick. Both of them are excellent. Andy who works the front desk is kind and friendly and every so often he will offer me a glass of wine or a mimosa which is always a special treat and makes the experience much better. Also, either Andy or your hairdresser will go feed the meter which is great b/​c I’d hate to run out there with foils in my hair! I wish their hair products were less expensive or were on sale more often b/​c the Keratese is a great product but it’s super expensive! I think this is a great salon.

If you’re looking for someone that does awesome balayage in Denver, look no further than Annie at Fleur. After seeing the great reviews I scheduled an appt and they were even able to squeeze me in on short notice before my first day at a new job. Annie’s the third colorist that has attempted to do balayage on my hair and she succeeded. She also did a great cut that evened out my layers and somehow managed to make my hair look longer and a whole lot healthier. Thanks Annie and Fleur team! I’ll definitely be back.

I have been to countless salons in the Denver area after moving here from Orange County 4 years ago. I am constantly changing my hair color and cut but generally have ombré/​blonde long hair. I went to Devon in August before a wedding and she completely corrected my outgrown mess into a honey blonde that i loved. Today I went to Devon to go back to BLONDE blonde and to have my hair cut shoulder length with side bangs. Each time I had a specific idea in mind and she made sure to understand and execute perfectly. I have had so much trouble finding this in the past.
Do yourself a favor and book with Devon!

I am a professional woman in my forties. I have had my hair styled many many times before. I walked in with a certain hair style stating that I wanted my grays covered, highlights, and just a trim. I also asked for it to be slightly darker. I know exactly what I want. Doesn’t «trim» imply I like my current style? Did I need to be obvious and state that? I stated what I had liked about my last visit, including the DARK brown color that Kristyn used. I stated that I liked my length and that I liked my previous hair stylist in southern California for the past 16 years because she did EXACTLY what I asked.
I walked out with significantly less hair, looking a lot blonder, and basically with a mullet. I walked in with curly hair but was given a hair cut that works great with straight hair. I HATE STRAIGHT HAIR. It looks awful on me. People! Pay attention to the client’s hair when they walk in! It’s what made my longtime SoCal stylist great! I’m glad the hair stylist was happy with her product since she did what she thought was awesome, but I was not happy with it! I have to live with this and somehow curl some kind of Joan Jett /​90’s Jennifer Aniston hair. I asked for semi-​chunky highlights but I can’t even tell I got highlights, other than the fact that my hair is lighter. (See above regarding liking the DARK brown color.)
In addition, I don’t get the two-​hour maximum limit meter parking. Why offer services that would last for 3 or 4 hours and then not even ask the client about the car status? I was so worried about my car or even having it towed and almost asked about running out to feed the meter, but how would that work? Do I ask the hairstylist and trust her to run off with my credit card? Do I run out mid-​process with tin foil in my hair?
My first time was better, but not ideal. At least Kristyn did exactly what I asked. I should have gone back to her. My only complaint was that I walked out with plenty of gray hair. I thought I was getting my hair dyed to get rid of that, but I guess I wasn’t explicit enough. I would generously chalk that up to a misunderstanding.
Needless to say, I will not be going back because this is strike two. It will take me years to grow my hair back to the way it was. I’m also going to another salon to correct the color so it can be darker the way I prefer and not the way that Devon likes. This may be the salon for you if you want your request to be ignored and have the stylist execute what THEY think looks good instead.

While the business is new, the stylists are not. These fantastic people have been cutting hair since before I met them in 2001. (Do the math, that’s dedication to a stylist because they are THAT good.) Cut, color, conversation, and a chill environment to get away. I HIGHLY recommend Fleur!

Patrick was fantastic! The price of the cut was very reasonable and the blow out at the end gave me a look ready to go out and received many compliments from friends.

I got my hair done by Tommy. I never go to a salon and I don’t really like cutting my hair, but this place was so pleasant and welcoming. It was nice from walking in to walking out. I got a wonderful shampoo and then Tommy began in my hair. He listened to everything that I wanted including my part and my bangs which I am picky about. He made the experience not awkward and enjoyable. He kept up a conversation and did the best job I’ve ever had on my hair. I will be back when I am in Denver and in need of a haircut.
I went here a while ago but I forgot to write a review and they totally deserve one. Tommy and this salon are wonderful.

I absolutely LOVE Fleur! I’ve been three times now and I’ve seen Annie and Kirstyn and both are fabulous, talented, and passionate about what they do. They make it really easy to book your appointment online and the atmosphere is relaxing and the salon is beautiful. I highly recommend checking out Fleur Salon!

So happy I found this place! Annie was so pleasant and walked through what I was envisioning + what she was envisioning prior to my cut. Loved being able to book online! Affordable and in a great location.

My experience with Fleur – and Annie in particular – was fantastic. I’ve been to a couple other salons in Denver, and given the price ($ 45) and the quality here, I’ve settled on this one. Annie listened what I was looking for (I had a kinda terrible grown-​out, layered, and longer-​in-​front cut and I since I’m trying to grow my hair out long again after having had it super short for a few years, I was afraid of losing too much; I don’t take time to style my hair, and am not the type to get it cut every 6 – 8 weeks…) – took the time to examine my current cut, explained what she planned on doing, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She did a wet and dry cut, evened everything out, and my hair looks healthy again. And – she didn’t take too much off as many stylists do! I haven’t been this happy with a haircut in a few years. Would definitely recommend.

Went back for a second time but this time saw Devon! She is so nice and so amazing at hair! She gave me a cut that I think I’ve needed for years but no one has ever tried on me! Life changing! Could not be happier about this place! My highlights have never looked better and they are affordable too!

I get the most compliments on my hair whenever Kristianna cuts it, so I’m only ever having her do my hair for the rest of my life! My hair naturally lays funny, but Kristianna always finds a way to cut it so it’s fashionable and easy to manage. In the past couple years, she’s colored it as well. I was always afraid of color, but she did it in a way that looked natural and it was easy to maintain — I didn’t have to come in all the time to get my color done. And she does wonders with covering up the gray hairs.
On top of that, she gives great massages when washing my hair, and her state of being is so calming, relaxing and even healing.
I always leave Fleur feeling beautiful and stress free.

I recently moved here form Dallas and had been going to the same stylist forever. I was so worried that I wouldn’t find someone to do my hair like she did. Luckily, I found this salon through Unilocal and so glad that I did.
The first impression I got walking in was that everyone was super friendly and the salon itself was very cute. I was offered a drink immediately and didn’t have to wait at all. I had an appointment with Patrick. He exceeded my expectations and did an amazing job on getting me the perfect blonde. He offered some suggestions that I’m glad I took because the end results were gorgeous. I am so glad that it only took me one try to find my new hair stylist!

I chose this place solely on the fact that they do online reservations/​appointment requests. This was because I was Unilocaling after business hours and I wanted to secure my schedule without waiting for the next day to make an appointment. They had plenty of online availability. The online function doesn’t guarantee your appointment but rather is a request for that slot. I’m unsure if the salon has their own private lot but I parked on the street and paid the meter (2 hour max). The salon is open and bright with natural lighting. Their theme is the fleur de lys and everything inside is black or white. I had an appointment with Annie Thomas who has had 5 years of experience with cutting hair. I came 10 minutes late but hopefully made up for that inconvenience by leaving w larger tip. Annie was easy to talk to and was great about asking questions to find out exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I asked for a v-​cut and got exactly what I envisioned. My hair feels much healthier now that all of the dead ends and dyed ombré parts are chopped off. Annie spent a good amount of time blow drying my hair so that it had volume and sleekness. My cut was around $ 42. I also bought a hair masque product by the brand Wella for $ 15. They carry a higher end brand called Kerastase that costs a little more but that Annie strongly recommended.

I booked an appointment an hour ahead of time and Patrick was able to take me. I have A LOT of hair, a lot of poofy, curly hair. They only charged me $ 35 (wash, cut, blow dry) and Patrick was the best! I am so impressed with my cut, he did exactly what I asked for. Couldn’t be happier :)

I started getting my hair cut by Tommy when I was in my late teens and his genius with hair is fully realized in every aspect of his salon, Fleur. The space is clean, gorgeous and best of all, it’s not one of those salons that makes you feel like you would have had to visit a salon to even go in. (This is to say Fleur strikes the delicate balance between first-​class while still being warm and inviting.)
Tommy’s skills with hair are nothing short of transformative. He is masterful with color, cut and styling: No one has been able to replicate a glossy Tommy blowout on hair that earned me the nickname «Sideshow Bob» in middle school. I’ve always left Tommy’s chair with hair like satin and expert product recommendations to do my best at home. Fleur carries Kérastase, which is the most effective line I have ever used. (It’s worth it to follow Fleur on Facebook because they sometimes have sales!).
Fortunately for those of us who have to be a little more budget-​conscious at times, Tommy also has an eye for others’ talent. He referred me to one of his stylists, Annie, whose ladies cuts are on the lower side of the price range but whose work with curls is still golden.
I first visited Annie in April to cut in bangs and trim all over. Before I knew it the year got away from me and I think it speaks volumes (pun intended) that my hair had just barely started to lose its shape 8 months later. In December I went for a total makeover: color, cut, and brow wax. Annie executed all requests with precision. I have a coworker who sees Kirsten and raves.
Bottom line: There are no misses at Fleur. Everyone who walks out the door looks amazing and as though they have entrusted their look to a friendly and gifted staff.

I went here today for my first ever ombré try. I know I’m late to the party on the fad but I’ve seen some pretty scary ombrés out there in the world. I had annie today and she did a wonderful job. I told her I wanted something natural but still following the ombré style. She delivered and it’s so pretty. Not to mention the price was awesome because my hair is really long and really thick. I will be coming back here for sure!
