The Flinders | Bandy Law Firm is result of a recent merger by several independent legal practices. Each of our attorneys worked in their specialized field as solo practitioners gaining crucial experience before joining forces. We came together to create a full service law firm where clients can hire one law firm for all of their legal needs.

As the founding attorney of the Flinders | Bandy Law Firm, Marcus has the unique opportunity of fusing together two worlds that he loves: business and law. As an attorney, Marcus focuses his practice on tax law, estate planning, bankruptcy and family law. Marcus has over fifteen years of experience as an entrepreneur and businessman. He has managed multi-​million dollar budgets at Fortune 500 companies, sold products on the front-​lines in retail, and spearheaded start-​up ventures in diverse industries.

I had some very serious issues with my company. Frankly, I got myself into some hot water. Coming off a referral from a friend, I met with Marcus. I was particularly impressed with his ability to «tell me like it is». I did not, and do not, need any attorney to drag me through their endless fees (been there, done it). Since I hired Marcus, my wife and I estimate that we got 20x the return on what we paid him. It was a very detailed tax/​corporate law maze spanning several years of issues. He doesn’t just tell you the law, he leads you through the process. He has a strategic mind. We found that very helpful as he helped us through our problems. I have continually used Marcus for the last 3 years and highly recommend him for any complex problems you may face. He’s well worth any fee you pay him.

Their level of competence is exceptionally low and they are very unprofessional, meet with them yourself and see. Their associates have no idea what they are doing and neither does Marcus. The office is a mess, not well managed and you can’t even tell who actually works here. Their website still says Flinders Bandy but months ago they supposedly brought on another partner who is no where to be found. The quality of their work is poor and they will create artificial deadlines to squeeze more money out of you through an increased retainer. If you balk they will reduce the amount they are asking for continue until they can create another false deadline. There are hundreds of competent attorneys, no need to deal with these people. I should have gone with my gut when I met with them the first time, don’t make the same mistake I did.
