Fringe Hair Salon

Got a groupon for a haircut and went in and saw Mandy. The appointment was easy to book and she was very nice. My hair looked ok when I left but when I got home I realized that the layers were incredibly choppy and there were random bits of longer hair that were clearly missed. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. Would not recommend going back, sadly the worst haircut I’ve had in years.

I wouldn’t recommend going. I got my hair colored, and it looks pretty good. The problem was in my hair cut. I asked for a slight layer very blended, which was the last the I received. I left the place uncertain, and when I got home and was really able to look at my hair, I had a three inch difference in the layer toward the back of my head. I ended up going to another salon to get my hair fixed the following morning.
I found the salon through a groupon, and saw some okay reviews. I thought the deal was good, so tried it out. Let’s just say I learned my lesson that a good stylist is worth the money.

Mandy was fantastic! I went in thinking I might want to try the «ombré» thing and she was immediately honest with me that it will ruin my hair! She was super intuitive when it came to what colors and cut I wanted too. It’s a great feeling leaving a salon without any complaints or hesitations!
I loved the easy booking feature on her website and she accurately lists the time it will take. I was in and out in under 2 hours!
Finally, on Mandy’s Groupon page she talks about how important supporting small business owners is for the community. I wholeheartedly agree with her as a small business owner myself. Thanks Mandy!

Could not ever get anyone to return my call. When I initially called the woman who answered was pleasant but shoved me off to another number of another person that works there who never responded to my calls. I am an executive with a very busy schedule as well but I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service. I think a call back is a pretty standard thing…

I had a deal that is the only reason I went. I was worried because I didn’t get to see any swatches when she went to color my hair. I just told her what I wanted and she mixed away, said she doesn’t use swatches. The color was great. Only downfall is it also got on my sweater, I was able to get it out though.
Salons are a place for people to talk. I’ve never really understood it. Maybe I’m just not ‘that girl’. The conversation made the time go by fast. But upon leaving I felt like I knew WAY more about my stylist than I maybe should…
She was super nice. I might return. I’m not sure. Her prices are really great for that area and she has done a great job renovating the salon. I might have just talked myself into going back…

My go-​to hair place. I’ve never had my color done by the same person twice until I found Mandie. I’ve always wanted natural looking, non-​chunky highlights but not so subtle that they have no pop (which has been the constant disappointment when I’ve been to other places). Mandie listens and creates exactly what I want each time. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and in my entire life I’ve never received as many compliments on my hair as I have in this past year or so that I’ve been going to this salon. Recommend 100%.

I got a weekly plus deal at this Salon, which included High Lights, Cut, and Conditioning treatment with the Salon owner Mandy. It seemed to be a great deal — however turned out to be quite the contrary!
I got THE absolute worst high lights ever. They were extremely oddly placed and chunky — which was not at all what the picture looked like that I showed her. I asked for a color near my natural for between the high lights — and rather than doing that she did a few foils of BLACK — not light brown. It was extremely awful!
The cut again not quality — she didn’t trim up my layers or ask what I wanted done. It ended up uneven. Didn’t get the conditioning treatment either. The blow-​dry was half done, not a typical salon blow out.
The best part was that I had to spend more than double to get it fixed ASAP.
The one good thing I can say is when I complained to Weeklyplus, they refunded my money. But my hair is still not back to what it should be or even was prior to her botch job.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, ENERGY HERE!
I will never stray from my previous salon Appearances in Broomfield again!

I’ve been seeing Mandy for the past couple months. I initially went in for a full chop (I had about 10 inches cut off) and highlights – Mandy did an amazing job. She was spot on! I’m a pretty laid back person when getting my hair done – so I had to judge my new *do* by the volume of compliments my friends and colleagues give me. I had plenty! (Evidentially I’m vain, as well.)
I’ve gone back again for more highlights and I’m due for a trim in the next couple of weeks.
Mandy is friendly and sweet– but can let you chill with a magazine if that’s your thing.
And she’s the type of professional who asks you a lot of questions about what you’re looking for before diving in. Plus she’s affordable which is a major bonus.
