Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art veterinary care for companion animals in a compassionate and caring manner, while striving to efficiently communicate with our clients, and provide services in a timely manner.
Our services include veterinary preventative medicine, internal medicine, animal dentistry, surgery, radiology/ultrasound, behavior therapy, and retail services.
We emphasize annual wellness visits. These visits include a complete physical examination, annual fecal parasite check, any necessary vaccinations, and annual heartworm prevention for dogs.
Many of the animals we treat are suffering from behavior problems such as inappropriate litter box use, anxiety, and aggression
We have an extensive pharmacy that includes therapeutic medications, heartworm prevention, eye and ear medications, topical medications, arthritis medications, allergy medications and over the counter products such as joint therapies, skin therapies and prescription diets.
History
Established in 2000.
Dr. Missy Tasky established Gentle Touch Animal Hospital in October of 2000, and has been busy expanding the practice ever since.
The hospital is fully equipped for the best animal care possible. Although we are always hopeful that your pet will only visit us for routine care and checkups, our facility is equipped for any emergency.
We offer a fully equipped 24 foot mobile unit that is a wonderful extension of our state-of-the-art hospital facility. We provide services to most of the Denver Metro Area. We will come to your home or place of business Monday through Friday.

Business Owner
Dr. Missy Tasky is a native of Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Animal Science in 1986. She then went on to Auburn University and graduated with a Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1991. She relocated to Denver after graduation, and spent the first four years of her career as an emergency room doctor. Her areas of interest include dentistry, ophthalmology, and management. She is a member of several veterinary societies, including the American Veterinary Dental Society. She has also served on the Board of the Denver Area Veterinary Medical Society. When she is not busy with veterinary medicine, she enjoys skiing, wine tasting, traveling, and spending time with her dog and cat, and family and friends.
