I am very pleased with the quality and detailed work that these nice people do. I have been using them for many years. The shirts are done on site and are meticulously handled. Pick up and drop off is fast, convenient and pleasant. I highly recommend.

This is an excellent cleaner. They work extremely hard to remove even the most stubborn stains. Having said that the prices are expensive so find out what the charge is before you drop your stuff.

This is the only place I’ve found that actually hand presses mens shirts and doesn’t destroy them. Most places say they do, but they end up crushing the buttons. I’ve tried over 6 different cleaners, but this is the only one that is up to my standards. They successfully cleaned my white suit following derby party too. They definitely charge for the hand press, but I feel like it’s a decent value. Some shirts do not get hand pressed and they’re priced similar to everybody else. The owners are very nice as well. The only complaint I have is they do not deliver. Still not enough of a negative to drop the stars. They’re usually open after their scheduled hours anyway. And you shouldn’t get heavy starch if you want your shirts to last.

If i was feeling generous, i would give this place 2 ½ stars — but i’m not. This is an OK dry cleaners — mostly convenient to where i live. However, I have given up on this Gigantic Cleaners. This cleaners charges extra to launder women’s shirts — I know this is common, but it totally burns me up. But mainly, EVERY time i want extra starch the counter lady says«No — you don’t want extra» and i say«yes, PLEASE i would like extra starch on my LADIESSHIRTS» and she says«no-no extra starch». So, i get no extra starch and remain unsatisfied. Also, once I got a shirt back from them and it had been stained with something dark which previously had NOT been there — like a pen leaked on it or something from the dry cleaners. Then they proceeded to press my shirt so the stain was baked in. It wasn’t worth arguing over because i found it after i got it home. Whatever.
