If I could leave less than one star I would! Dropped off my car at 7:30AM to get only ONE tire changed. I understand the tire had to be picked up from another goodyear so I figured it would take a couple of hours. I didn’t hear anything so I called at 11:20AM being it had been almost 4 hours. Was told the tire was there and it just needed to be installed, which takes no time to do. Well that’s what I thought. It’s almost 5pm, which is closing time so I call at 4:45pm, no answer! Call back and I get told «Sorry we forgot to call.» Good thing I only live 10 minutes away. Then when I confront manager he says «sorry we get backed up» I could have at least got some kind of discount or something being that my car has been there since 7:30 AM FOR ONLY ONE TIRE!!! Take your car elsewhere! Horrible customer service!

Can I give less than one star? The customer service guys are terrible! I stopped in to make an appointment for the next day, the guy was less than friendly, and said he could make a 9:30am appt and it would take them an hour to do the work. Great, sounds normal. I show up this morning at 9:30am, on the dot and they guy, who isn’t even taking care of me, and without even looking at me says it’s going to take hours to change my tire because they have ten cars ahead of me. WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT then? I explained that I was moving the next day and had a 16 hour drive ahead of me which is why I set up this appointment to have my leaking tire changed. The guy could care less and just said that it would take an hour to do the work, not that they could actually do the work on my car during the appointment time. Just the fact that this guy was so rude and never even actually looked at me while I was standing there was enough for me to walk out and take my business somewhere else. What a waste of time.

Great service and very fair with pricing. My car had the tire pressure light come on and I wanted to check to see if it was something other than the tires needing air. Thankfully it wasn’t and they generously put more air in my tires for me free of charge. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Thanks for taking good care.

First time bringing my car here for an oil change. It took four hours of me waiting without getting a call before I called them asking what was going on. They said they were closing up, and after telling them what number my car was in their system (lucky I happened to remember that) they finally realized they had it and it was finished. I guess if I hadn’t have called I would’ve just had to get it some other day before or after work.
Overall it was a pretty terrible first impression.

Go anywhere else.
These guys are another shining example of why I now do all of my own auto maintenance and repairs. Sadly once in awhile you need equipment or tools that are cost prohibitive to have at home (like an alignment rack.)
I dropped off my truck for an alignment at 9am after calling to confirm that they could do it. I don’t hear anything from them until 2pm when they call to tell me they need to replace four easy to reach bolts with a set of alternates that allow for caster/​camber adjustment. They charge me roughly $ 100 for the parts which is reasonable, but then they charge an additional $ 200 to remove the old and insert the four new bolts, maybe 20 — 30 minutes work if you’re really slow and only have one good arm. Totally outrageous. Shame on me I should have told them not to bother with it and just picked up the truck.
When I don’t hear back from them by 5:00 I call to find out that indeed my truck is finished (they were supposed to call when it’s done as I didn’t want it sitting out since this shop is in a pretty crummy neighborhood.) I get there to find out that not only is it sitting outside amid the gauntlet of homeless you have to walk through to get into the place but that the doors have been left unlocked. I was even less pleased to get in and drive off only to realize the steering wheel is coated in grease. The final injustice is when I get home and discover not only have I paid a king’s ransom for a lowbrow experience, I have also been charged for work that they didn’t even do!
Plenty of other shops, like maybe the one across the street? Take my advice, don’t waste your time or money with these guys.

These guys are always dependable and I don’t feel hosed like at most places. Plus, it’s two blocks from work, so super convenient. Who wants to waste a weekend day getting your car serviced.

I will never go here again. I took my car in because it is near my office and I thought it would be convenient to have them diagnose the check engine light as well as check on the struts since my car was riding a bit rough. Their website states that the check engine diagnostic is free. They charged me $ 112. When I asked them why, I was told that it was because it was a VW. I so stupidly decided to leave the car with them anyway because I was going on a trip the next day and wanted to make sure my car was ok. They called me later that day saying I needed 5 different repairs totaling over $ 2,000. They also led me to believe that my car was unsafe to drive. I told them no thanks and took my car to another mechanic for a second opinion. I gave them the printout from GY and they agreed only with 2 of the recommended repairs and their price was considerably less. They also said that my car was not unsafe to drive at all.
I really feel like this Goodyear shop tried to take advantage of me and talk me into repairs that were not needed by scaring me into thinking my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I would strongly advise against going to this mechanic.

This Goodyear should be given a Convenient Auto Shop of the Year award. I dropped my car off after finding a nail in my tire and it was all fixed up by the time I got off work. The staff was friendly and informative and it was a minimal expense compared to other auto shops I’ve visited. I will definitely be bringing my car back to this location again (but knock on wood I won’t have to!).

I was having the kind of day that starts with getting a flat tire on the way to a dentist’s appointment.
Enter Katie at Goodyear. Probably the most sincerely kind person in customer service. The brand new tire that blew out was out of stock at this location (3 holes in the sidewall, WTH?!), and wasn’t in any of the warehouses. She found one location in the metro area that had it, but was not sure if they could get it today. I was planning a one hundred-​mile drive to see my family this weekend, so that was unwelcome news. «It’ll come when it comes,» I told myself. I check in with Katie at 5 p.m. and she says that they can have that and the oil change I requested done by 9 a.m. tomorrow, they hope. She calls me an hour later to let me know that there was a nail in my other tire (I suspected as much, it wasn’t holding air very well), that they will fix it, and that my car will be done by six… and she’s giving me a discount. A significant one. And discount aside, she is communicating with me/​not leaving me hanging and just so lovely about the whole thing. So, I get a brand new tire, a repair, an oil change, and a new oil pan screw for a decent price. And I work with the nicest person in the world who kind of made it her personal mission to make sure I got to see my family this weekend. Goodyear, thanks for helping me in a pinch. And give Katie a raise. You’re lucky to have her.
Note: Would be four stars because they charge 35 bucks to repair a tire, but back up to five because tire disposal is only 3 bucks, so it balances out.

Get a second opinion! $ 2,000 estimate when only $ 200 repair necessary.

Just went in for a simple oil change, but the staff and management was more than helpful. Quick service. Got it done in Under an hour and they were pretty busy. Even gave me a discount! I will be back. :-)

These guys have been really good to me. I’ve been here a couple of times with small tire issues and each time they’ve been helpful, fast, and friendly. As a woman who knows very little about cars/​tires, I appreciate that they always try to teach me something about cars and tires while I’m there.

I’m always so nervous as a female going into any auto type place-​even tires. I try to do my reasarch.
Well, I had the unfortunate situation of my tire dying of me-​I had used and abused it too long, and it was dead, dead, dead. The other crappy thing was bc it’s a Honda 4WD and the treading on the other 3 tires was fading, I had to get all 4 tires replace-​yikes!
BUT…When I called ahead of time, they were super nice. I was actually late by 2hr., but they still had my order form. They looked over the car, and gave me a price that would be good for 2mo. I originally spoke to just one of the guys, and then Dave the owner/​manager took over. He was really nice, and actually gave me (2) price quotes for different tires. There was also a rebate he told me about. He was easy going when I said I couldn’t have it done now, but would have to wait till the end of the month.
The tires got on, yesterday I got my $ 60 rebate back and I’ve been rolling around Denver one happy girl.

Never Again!!!
I have given them plenty of business over the last few years and they always seem to struggle or completely BLOW it! !st of all… I shouldn’t have to leave my vehicle ALL DAY to get an oil change! I know they were busy but… c’mon.
My big gripe!!! :
I bought NEW tires on Tire Rack and had them shipped to this Good Year. They mounted the tires and probably balanced them. However!!!, they did not even suggest an alignment. Which apparently, I needed. After about a year and a half, the tires are bad and needed to be replaced. I noticed a bad wobble from 70 – 80 mph. I brought the truck back and complained that they were new tires and already so far gone, that they needed to be replaced. We’re talking $ 800-​$ 1000+ They made no attempt to do ANYTHING for me. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.
I went to Sears Auto Center in Cherry Creek. Awesome new Michelins. Balanced and aligned. Awesome customer service. WOBBLE = GONE!

Good staff, good work, great proximity to downtown Denver. I have been taking vehicles to Stan and Dave for over 5 years know and always get great service from them.

I wanted to get some winter tires for my car. This is to be my first winter in the snow and I really could use the extra traction as my driving skills adjust.
I called them up and they, like everyone else, did not have the tires in stock, but unlike several of the other places I called they actually called me back with a quote. In the end they were the lowest price in town which was great.
The final price was about what I would have paid to online, but with the added advantage of getting the tires sooner.
The people we friendly but the only reason this is not a five star was that even with an appointment I still had to wait around longer than I’d been first told it would take. They said that one of their machines was broken and that was the cause of the delay.
All in all, a good experience.

I would say to never come to this place for business. Ever.
I will explain my terrible experience in a few sentences:
I am new in town, and needed oil change.
I took my car there right when they opened at 7am to avoid waiting.
They changed my oil, and instead of having the simple knowledge of most car routine maintenance… They had the complete opposite. NONE.
They managed to take off an entire bottom plate to change the oil, which did not need to be touched, and in the process broke off all the screws.
The manager Dave, rude from the beginning… then told me that I HAD TO PAY for what THEY broke. (I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed)
And to top it off, they gave me a «complementary tire rotation» without asking… Hey thanks guys because when I got home my car tires were wobbling all over the place and I had to drive back, argue, and wait hours for them to rotate my tires again and tighten screws. Really?
Not only did they break something, not fix it and try charge me, but also the entire time I was there I was talked back too and disrespected.
Awful management, okay employees.
Don’t waste your time AND money.

Top notch service from Dave, Chris and Stan. They will always take care of your car in a timely manner. They understand the needs of working folks!!!
Cheap oil changes and they always throw in a complimentary tire rotation which some places will charge 40.00 for!!!
