HighPointe Assisted Living and Memory Care

We moved our mother to HighPointe Assisted Living and Memory Care last month. It’s a brand new, beautiful building with great attention paid to décor and cleanliness. We only have high praise for the quality of care our mother has received. Our goal was to find an assisted living and memory care community that would meet our mother’s needs. The transition for our mother was amazingly smooth. The staff did a great job helping our mother adjust to her new home. Our mother felt welcome and respected from day one. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that our mother makes the best dietary choices which is a huge relief for us since she has quite a few food sensitivities. And the speaking of food, every meal I’ve enjoyed there with my mother has been fresh, nutritious, and delicious. The staff is excellent! It seems that the executive director has done an outstanding job hiring a high quality team of people to create a loving, fun and healthy environment for the residents. The care staff is wonderful, attentive and conscientious and the ‘directors of fun’ make every day feel special for each and every resident. I’ve spent quite a bit of time there this first month and it impresses me to observe the genuine care and concern the staff has for the residents. It surprises how well they know so many details about my mother in such a short time. They are paying attention. This includes every staff member from the concierges to the move-​in coordinator, to the food service staff to the management staff. For the first time in years, I can finally relax knowing our mother is in good hands. Every time I visit her, she is relaxed, enjoying her day, feeling secure and at peace. We are impressed. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend HighPointe for those seeking a safe, loving and enriching environment for their precious parents.

We recently moved our mother to the Memory Care floor of «HighPointe Assisted Living and Memory Care.» I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible
place. The staff… every single person we’ve encountered… has been warm, attentive, gracious, caring, and just fantastic to our mother, and to us! It’s no wonder our precious Mom adjusted and acclimated so quickly: The attention and quality of care she has received from the very first day has been A+++ ! We are secure in the knowledge that our Mom is being looked after with every detail tailored to her individual care and needs. She has been kept busy with a myriad of fun-​filled daily activities which keeps a smile on her face… and ours. She is incredibly happy and feels completely at home at HighPointe. What’s been an added bonus is that HighPointe is brand new and absolutely exquisite in every detail. It looks like a luxury resort, with a salon, an exercise room, a bistro, a movie theater, activity rooms, a formal dining room, a library with Mac computers, and stone fireplaces in various rooms. It’s simply gorgeous! And what has been particularly surprising is the cuisine! Everything is fresh, made to order, and above and beyond what you would ever expect. The residents feel as if they are in a well respected restaurant, with the kind and attentive service to match.
We are thrilled our mother is at HighPointe, and we feel blessed beyond measure.
We only hope other families discover this wonderful place for their parents.
