Amazing place! Pretty sad when good service surprises you but these guys went above and beyond for my fiancé and I.
I booked a room here through
, which had a window for special requests, I merely asked to have a room with a view if one was available because we were celebrating an anniversary as well as to set the thermostat before we arrived.
We were we greeted by friendly professional staff upon arrival who were very eager to tend to our needs.
Upon entering our room we were surprised not only did we get a nice cool room with a view, but they also left us a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a nice card. Needless to say they made me look good! Lol
Nothing against other places that rhyme with smoliday smin, tamada or Mumfort gin, as I have enjoyed stays there but the service I received wasn’t even close to the service we received at this Hyatt location. Really there wasn’t a lot of price difference and so I would definitely say this place is the better value.
Thank you to the Hyatt staff for making our special night that much better. We will be return customers when we stay in the Denver area.

I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I booked rooms here for my wedding and was met with one issue after the next. My mom had one of her rooms cancelled the night of the wedding and had to share her room with all of her guests. The hotel offered to bring in a roll-​away bed for the guests. They didn’t offer her another room and didn’t even offer anything to make up for them cancelling her room. They tried to charge my room for premium Wi-​Fi when we had paid cash at the front desk for it. They charged my credit card twice for each room and offered no insight as to when the charges would be reversed.
My sister and I also forgot our checkbooks in one of the rooms and when we called back the next day, we were told that they couldn’t help us. We simply asked if someone could go check the bedside drawer in the room and they flat out said no because someone had already checked into the room. This wasn’t a pair of earrings or an item of clothing! These were our checkbooks with very sensitive personal information on them. When asked if we could have a timeframe of when they would be able to check the room, they told us «we can’t tell you that.» After this fiasco, I left them a poor review in the survey they send out to their guests. The manager called me the following day and went to check the room himself for the checkbooks, which he found. My sister went in to retrieve them the next day and the manager failed to tell anyone at the front desk where they were or that anyone would be coming in to get them. They kept my sister waiting for over an hour while they checked the lost and found and all around the front desk and eventually asked her why she didn’t come in the day before when the manager called. We still haven’t gotten our checkbooks back from them. It’s been almost an entire week. The staff here is incompetent, self-​righteous and extremely unhelpful. Don’t waste your money.

Highlights: Great food service, nice view from the 12^th floor dining room, and the Convenience Collection.
I stayed here for two nights for a conference and we ate all our meals on the 12^th floor. The food was consistently excellent (and this is coming from someone who’s worked as a banquets prep cook). The flavors were fairly authentic to the cuisines they were trying to produce, the ingredients were fresh and seasonal. Breakfast definitely paled in comparison to lunch and dinner service (some weird egg dishes at breakfast).
The hotel also provided snacks and refreshments for our breakout rooms– a very sensible collection of various granola bars and fresh fruit. PROTIP: fruit water tastes great and keeps you hydrated for all that group work.
The Convenience Collection is a list of items that you can order from your hotel room. Personally, I appreciated ordering some mouthwash, a shoe horn, and a shoe mit. Most of the items were also free of charge. I’m glad they’re not putting all these items in everyone’s room so that we can help conserve resources.
My room was clean and everything worked just fine– no complaints but the rooms weren’t anything special either.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. Staff very unfriendly and not very helpful. Mentioned to the front desk that our bed seemed to be broken and received a comment of «we’ll look into it but the hotel is sold out». only two elevators operating at a time so long wait times (ended up trekking up the stairs to my room on the NINTH floor). Would not stay here again.

The location was good and the restaurant was decent (breakfast looked rather weak, enough for me to skip it).
Staying here was bizarre frankly, had it’s highs and lows. I was upgraded to a room with a better view, not sure how much of an upgrade it was, I didn’t really look out the window during my short stay.
The morning of, I noticed a significant charge from the restaurant on my hotel bill which was not mine. After talking to 3 different people and wasting 10 minutes, I got it taken care of, or so I thought…
When I got home that evening, I realized I had left behind my retainers. I travel frequently, but I was still pretty upset with myself for not doing my routine final walk through of the hotel room (I was rushed due to the unplanned event of having to get the charge reversed).
I spoke with the front desk who was frankly very rude about the issue despite my demeanor, which was very polite and patient. This was about 1:00am hotel time. She told me it was housekeeping’s policy to «throw them away due to sanitary reasons.» Well, I have news, my retainers, which were left in cleaning solution, are more sanitary than a dirty toilet the housekeeping cleans in every room. In any case, she told me she’d pass a message to the day housekeeping staff, and she apparently did not.
I spoke to housekeeping that morning and indeed they had my retainers and I sent them an overnight shipping label to have them mailed back to me. Outstanding service from Jose in housekeeping. If not for him, this would likely be a 2 star review.
So, I thought it was finally over, but low and behold, I look at my bill and on the hyatt website and my points were way off! The «Redemption Eligible» was like negative $ 55! A call to Hyatt customer service got that straightened out, but again, another hassle on my part to «fix» something that I really should take for granted. Lotsa loose ends to tie up for a 1 night hotel stay!
All in all, I may stay here again because of the location, but just pray that they don’t mess something up that results in my inconvenience. There is a Marriott nearby…

Ugh. I can hear the guy in the next room sneeze! The walls are thin. The place is just a huge box with no personality whatsoever. It’s sterile and cold and completely lacks ambience. There are no plants, no décor to speak of. I guess it’s fine if you just need to crash or attend a meeting but otherwise skip this one.
Now, to be fair, the staff is amazingly friendly and appear to be concerned about my satisfaction. I had a great chopped salad via room service. That was unfortunately after I had stood in line waiting far too long to be seated in the restaurant.
I had a meeting here so didn’t get to choose but would never choose it if I’d had the choice.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. This was our first time in Denver and I was afraid that I had booked the wrong hotel for my needs. When we arrived, I immediately knew that I had made a great decision. The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. The onsite bar, restaurant, gift shop, and Starbucks made it even better.
Other amenities that impressed:
— Gas fire pit
— indoor pool
— sauna
— hotel gym (with chilled towels)
— ping pong table
— etc

The hotel is a little tired and seems as though it needs a facelift. It definitely feels like a hotel built in the 80’s. It has a bit of a massive dorm-​like setting. Just an average hotel. Nothing special about it at all. Staff was nice though. Suburban «business» location so on week-​ends, it’s very quiet (dead) in the area which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you’re looking for. It’s decent but definitely needs an upgrade; it just feels old and tired.

Absolutely amazing. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful. The customer service is amazing, especially the concierge desk. The amenities are awesome, as well as the rooms. Great location, since there is a railway pickup within walking distance.

Flew in for a little business meeting and stayed overnight at this hotel. Unfortunately I was a little ill in the morning before I jumped on the plane and my cold compounded by the time I made it to check in at the end of the day.
The receptionist could tell I was not feeling well and went out of her way to speed up my check in plus directed me to the gift shop for meds.
I was able to get a hot shower in and then ordered some room service. The attendee was very polite and the chef made me some chicken soup (not on the menu) as a substitution for the soup of the day. I have to say, it was delicious.
I’ve stayed at some pretty nice places, but it always comes down to the staff. Of course the water was hot, room was very clean and beds were comfortable, but the staff here has not only been welcoming and polite, they are ‘eager to please’. I haven’t seen consistent service like this in a while.
Thank you for taking care of me while I was traveling sick. I will be back every time I visit here. Thank you.

I am Hyatt Diamond. First time staying at this property.
No upgrade to a better room even with my status, but not a big deal. I wouldn’t dock points for that.
The major issue here is that the walls are, as other reviewers have pointed out, paper-​thin. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I just heard the woman in the next room clear her throat, and she wasn’t doing so loudly. :-(Every sigh, every toilet flush, every phone conversation. I hear them all just like they were happening in my own room.
To make matters worse, I’m in a room with a connecting door and the person in the next room just tried, with some earnest, to get into my room. Good thing my safety lock was on. Not cool. Note to self: always request a room without a connecting door in the future.
Nothing special about the hotel or the room itself. There were hairs on and in the bed when I checked in; another huge pet peeve.
Front desk and bell-​staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to assist.

This hotel looks nice from a distance. The hot tub was absolutely filthy and the room was tiny and dirty. You also have to pay to park here! What a joke!

We had the most wonderful stay on 12÷28÷15
This was our wedding night and as we were visiting from California we just figured we would get a cheap hotel so we weren’t stuck spending our special night at their house (if you know what I mean ;) lol)
We got a deal on Priceline for $ 100 and when we walked into the lobby I was like wow! This is beautiful! So clean and pretty with the tree all lit up. The woman at the front desk was amazing and very helpful, she complimented me on my dress and said «oh my gosh, you two just got married didn’t you?» We said yes and she said, well I gave you a complimentary upgrade, everything in the room is free, enjoy. So not thinking much about it, I thought ok cool, we get a slightly bigger room, that’s so awesome! Umm… We get to our room number and it’s double doors! We slide the key in and oh… My… Gosh! I left my bags at the front door and screamed like a kid running through the hotel. We had the most amazing suite! 3 times the size of our apartment! We spent the entire night enjoying ourselves and when we woke up in the morning we could not believe the view. Gorgeous view of the mountains and downtown! We ordered room service for breakfast and Sade brought us our food and we talked and had conversations. She was awesome, so sweet! Thank you for making our wedding night so so special!

I stayed here two nights for a wedding. This hotel is stunning! Clean pretty rooms, big open lobby, amazing reception hall on the 12^th floor. Awesome lobby bar and breakfast brunch. If you are looking for a classy hotel, this is it!
But… The staff caused so many hiccups for our bridal party. Example: saying people couldn’t use the luggage cart because it was a liability on Sunday morning, even though it was used all weekend. Booking wrong rooms. Wrong charges on cards. Tip of the ice berg was they planned to charge $ 10 a night for parking!!! This isn’t in downtown Denver, even then I would think it was outrageous! Who do they think they are? Hyatt: Beverly Hills!!! Luckily, the gate wasn’t down when I left so. Free parking for me!

I arrived super late tonight and have been on the road all day. just fatigued. Very nice reception desk or Gallery if that is what it is called for this brand. I have been given a pretty nice room for an older location and don’t really need much but free WiFi, in room coffee (paper cups are all that I use), and a comfy bed. So far I have gotten just that.
Since I work for the company under a different brand, I was hoping to see what separates us.
The service here is very direct, but somewhat distant. I make an attempt to connect with the guest at some level and I feel the effort was made, but I am too cranky to notice.
I feel fortunate that I am in a new hotel and have things like RFID cards vs. the slidey card. Some of the parts feel dated and there is really nothing that can be done unless the entire thing is gutted. We know that won’t happen so until then, I will enjoy my room.

We have stayed here before and we loved it! This time (3 years later) it seems to be lacking a bit. This is just personal preference but I hated the check-​in area. The desks were just squares but it was confusing, because the staff seemed to just stand there but there was no where to form lines. The desks were likely meant to be clean and low profile but the looked cluttered and messy.
Next, the thermostat didn’t work well. This is a deal breaker for me. It seemed the hotel shut the air off every night around 2am, and guess what that means… NOT GOOD SLEEP!!! Grrrrrr.
Also, The television had a governor on the volume. Seriously!!! Punishing all for idiots that can’t keep the volume at a reasonable setting.
Not being able to control the thermostat better is a deal breaker for me.

One of the many hotels in the Denver tech area, definitely not on the cheap side. In comparison to some of the other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at, this particular hotel is pale in comparison.
The main lobby and restaurants look newly renovated but the rooms, although clean, looked outdated. My room in particular had a small bathroom, curtains that wouldn’t close all the way and a TV that didn’t work. When you’re paying $ 200/​night you except better.
Parking, breakfast and even the small bottle of water in your room is not included. Nickel and diming, that’s all I got to say!

I approached multiple staff on where to find a nearby attraction. I’m not going to type out the whole story. But, let’s say they were not knowledgeable but most of all they were very rude. No idea why.
I’m not one to make one star ratings. This is my second time. The other was for a restaurant that does not exist inside this same HOTEL! Once again unfriendly staff. Their was also parking signs outside stating that the restaurant I was looking for did exist. «Maria’s pantry» I’ll never step foot near this place again.

I was a little irritated when I pulled in the parking deck and realized that parking is $ 10 a day.
Greeted nicely at the lobby and checked in. Big place, pretty impressive. a modern, contemporary design. Rooms are clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable. Free internet.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. Rather large hotel, so it can be a long walk to the parking garage or to your room. Location wise, I’d rather be in the cherry creek area near the restaurants and stuff.
I would definitely come back though.

Hyatt is my default hotel choice when I travel for work. I value their platinum membership perks and overall service.
I was staying at the Hyatt Place the night before and thought this Hyatt Regency will be an upgrade. I thought wrong. Yes the lobby is nicer but the room is old and lack the Hyatt service touch I am used to.
— no laundry bag.
— gym equipments are in the same room as the pool. I was inhaling chlorine while doing my 5mi treadmill run.
— issue with the self parking which they charge $ 10. My room card didn’t work. Tried both and got honked at by are behind me.
I think I’ll go with the Hyatt Place next time I have to be in the DTC area.
