Hyde Park/​Matthew Chmara have been absolutely wonderful in making sure that my engagement ring is everything I want it to be! The original ring my fiancé had purchased was very large and my ring had to be sent back to the designer. Matthew worked with Tacori and it worked out that they would send me a new ring in my exact size. While I waited for my perfect ring Matthew mounted my diamond in a solitaire band so I wouldn’t be without a ring while I waited! The customer service provided by Hyde Park and Matthew has been amazing. I would highly recommend that you purchase from Hyde Park. My fiancé and I will most definitely be buying our wedding bands from them as well.

My husband and I first visited Hyde Park to look at men’s wedding bands and we quickly fell in love with the store and our sales representative, Dani, when we arrived. We’ve had a great experience each time we’ve visited whether it be looking for men’s wedding bands, a women’s wedding band (which we ended up having custom-​made, and turned out perfectly) and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and experience that we have every time we visit. The store has a great selection of jewelry in every price range and Dani never ceases to find us great pieces that fit within our budget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the store, or Dani, in the future.

I took my Panerai here for a tune up, and winder repair on ¹⁰⁄₂₀₁₅. On 2÷2÷2016 I received an email letting me know that there was a parts delay, and they would let me know when the repairs were completed. On 5÷2÷2016 I called the store and they told me my watch was done, and that the had called me on 2÷18÷2016, and left a message for me. I guess there was a communication breakdown somewhere in the process, but after speaking to the head of their watch repair department I came away very satisfied with the repairs, and the apology I received for the communication breakdown. I’m happy with how the experience turned out, and would recommend them to anyone.

Dani DiPentino is AMAZING!!! I was having some issues with my original engagement setting and she helped me redesign this beauty. I am in LOVE!!!

Aside from the marvelous selection of watches, which Hyde Park certainly has, the staff people I had interaction with were professional and quite knowledgeable. Matthew Chmara, who assisted me, was respectful and thoughtful of my personal preferences, and the price point I needed to observe. I am so pleased about the Baume and Mercier watch I settled upon. It will make a beautiful gift for a very special event in my brother’s life. Thank you, Matthew.

Probably the best store in town for buying a high-​end watch. They have an excellent service department and the staff is so cordial. They have gotten very good at what they do.

After proposing to my girlfriend, I now come to write my review.
My journey began when I attended a «Diamonds in the Rocks» event at the Argyll Whiskey Bar in Denver. The event was fun and my buddy and I enjoyed the one on one diamond education. Of course, they fed us and indulged us with craft whiskey. A few months later, I sat down with Dani and we designed a custom engagement ring. We went through about 4 digital renditions of it until I was satisfied. Once we found the right diamond, we had the ring casted in platinum. Dani was very knowledgeable and easy to contact when I needed to.
I picked up the ring and took it home but was not happy with the final color of the center diamond. The outer diamonds on the band and halo are Color G and the center diamond looked yellow in comparison. I brought the ring back, picked out a new diamond, and they remade the ring from scratch free of charge! The final ring turned out gorgeous and my now Fiancé was very pleased with it. They provided me with all the necessary paperwork to send to my insurance to make sure that it was properly covered.
Overall, it was a long process with a few bumps along the way but well worth it in the end. I can’t compare the prices of the diamond compared to the market but the cost of the custom setting was not that bad at all. We will be coming back to by our wedding bands.

Susi has been very eager and responsive in helping me get the right rare Baraka bracelet that I could not find anywhere (and this was all remote via email as I am not local to Denver). I feel that I got a fantastic service and great price. I am a very happy customer!

REALLY REALLY REALLY OVERPRICED. I came to get my speedmaster MK40 Quartz face replaced. Two weeks of hearing nothing I go into the store. They said they «thought» they sent an email… never got it. They gave me the estimate and it was almost $ 1600. I understand you have to send it off. But the markup they put on their services is higher than anywhere else I’ve seen. I declined the repair and asked for the watch. The sales woman (older blonde white hair with glasses) scoffed at me and said I had to wait a few days since it’s not out together. Poor customer service. Went to another upscale jeweler across 1^st in the small shops from the mall and had a estimate for half the price. P. S– the breitling and omega store in the mall are also connected with Hyde park. Do your homework before supporting this business.

WAY overpriced. I went in to have a family diamond ring resized and appraised. Since the ring was platinum and needed to be laser cut to be re-​sized they quoted me over 500 $ and then an additional 150 $ for appraisal with a two week wait. I thought this was a bit high so I went to a smaller jeweler shop and as I had thought they quoted me 100 $ for the same resizing and 50 $ for the appraisal with less than 1 week wait. Need I say more?

I love this place. Except that one time experience from 5 years ago. One of the staff said something that made me kind of upset, but I let it go. I’ve never had any other bad experience since and she’s no longer here either. Lol

I would go by the Omega Boutique when I’m at Cherry Creek to check out the watches. I collect watches mainly Rolex and Omega. Met both Brian and John and got to know them really well. Really nice guys and provide great service.
With that said, I bought my Rolex GMT from those guys two weeks ago and had a great experience. I will moving all my business with Hyde Park going forward with all my watch purchases (and also my wife’s jewelry). I’m looking to pickup a couple of Omega’s and Rolex thie rest of the year and will work with the guys.

A few days before Christmas I bought a Rolex from Hyde Park. Dani was the representative who helped me with the selection of my watch. She was quite knowledgable about the line of watches and she has a sincere passion for fine timepieces. She was a delight to work with, which became very important when a few months later my watch developed significant reliability issues.
I will skip the details here but this expensive watch suddenly failed to operate properly, sometimes stopping 3 times per 24 hours. I contacted Dani about the issues and she assured me their company would resolve all issues and do the right thing for me. Even the Hyde Park CEO became personally involved. They upheld their promises to make things right, replacing my watch with a brand new identical Rolex. I highly recommend this store and company. They do stand behind their products and are true professionals. 5 Stars

Hyde Park is amazing for those that have zero knowledge of buying an engagement ring. Prior to my engagement, they taught me everything I need to know about diamonds. It felt like I was taking a class, where they showed me different examples and let me look at them under a magnifying device. When it was time to pick out a ring, I gave them my price range and they geared me in the right direction. My fiancé couldn’t be happier with the ring I chose. I don’t believe I could have found a better ring anywhere else. Hyde Park is the place to go if you plan on proposing and really have no idea where to start. I highly recommend them!

If I went off my initial experience of ordering my finances engagement ring only to find out the order hadn’t been placed and I was leaving the country before it was going to arrive, this review would have been rough as that experience shaved some time off my life. But the manner in which Tamara jumped in to pick up the pieces of our first salesman was the best crisis management I’ve seen. Her knowledge and professionalism had my fiancé and I wishing we had been dealing with her all along. We have since bought our bands from HP and Tamara and it is always fun to go in and talk to her. Having Susi their GM step in to make sure we were happy and try to rectify things was great to see. If you go here, and don’t feel like you are getting your questions answered? Find Tamara, she is as good as they come.

Poor customer service. Called in to see if I could drop off my watch for service and the lady was rude and said, «they won’t drop everything to look at your watch today. It takes 7 – 10 days.» Well I am well aware that they are busy hence the call to see if they had time to take my watch. There are better ways to deal with customers and let them know in a professional manner. Needless to say I won’t be bringing my watch to them.

Susi reached out to me to address the matter. Management seems willing to take care of the customer if a problem arises. I still didn’t use their services in the end, so I cannot give a final thumbs up or down. But they did reach out to try to solve the problem.

love this store — purchased a high end watch last Christmas. Great selection and helpfull sales staff.
My husband purchased a watch several years ago, and brings it back for regular service; watch band, etc.
