History

Established in 1967.

ICS Corp. was founded in 1967 by David Rabern, who was succeeded by his son, Michael Rabern, in 2006. ICS has a global mission to provide investigations throughout the world. ICS currently serves domestic and international clients.

ICS of Colorado, LLC brings 45 years of national experience and resources to the local market for the entire State of Colorado. ICS has always had a presence in Colorado, but now there is a local office in Denver to facilitate private investigation services to all that need our help.

ICS of Colorado is owned and operated by Grant Linhart, and only employs qualified, legitimate private detectives that adhere to the highest industry standards. Mr. Linhart is licensed as a private investigator in the State of California and has years of investigative experience. Many private investigators in Colorado come from military or police backgrounds.

Business Owner

Grant Linhart is the owner and operator of ICS of Colorado, and the founder of Gideon Protection Services, Inc. in California. Mr. Linhart has been in public safety full time for the past 14 years; which includes Law Enforcement & Fire and Life Safety careers. Through his academic career, Mr. Linhart has graduated from Rocky Mt. Fire Academy, Riverside Sheriff’s Academy, and completed retired Secret Service Agent Joe La Sorsa’s Executive Protection Training program. Mr. Linhart has also attended and become certified in several firearms, surveillance, security, investigative, and terrorism related courses.

Mr. Grant Linhart’s additional certifications, memberships, and qualifications include being a member of TSU Search Team (Bomb Squad); Police Firearms Instructor; member of L. A Infragard Faith Based Sector/​Sub-​Group; Intermediate Terrorism Liaison Officer (TLO); member of OSAC (Overseas Security Advisory Council); and a member of ASIS (American Society for Industrial Security).
