Established in 1978.

IHT is locally owned and operated since 1978. With 4 locations in Denver, Highlands Ranch, & Boulder we carry hot tubs, fireplaces, swim spas, gazebos, bbq grills and custom saunas. We offer the only integrated salt water system for hot tubs with diamond technology and are the retailer for SilkBalance. We have a full service department and include delivery, in-​home consultations and training, and provide many services online. We accept all major credit cards and offer financing.

Business Owner

Rich started with IHT in a sales position in 1982. After excelling in the hot tub industry, he moved to the position of Sales Manager and then became the General Manager of IHT. He purchased the company from the previous owner and has led IHT to become the #1 Caldera Dealer of the Year in 2012 and the Hot Spring Territory Dealer of the Year for several years including 2013. He believes in company excellence and providing an ultimate lifetime ownership experience to IHT customers.
