History

Established in 1999.

In the past, our founders worked with Fortune 100 companies. Each of these companies spent hundreds of thousands of dollars a year recruiting employees. This was necessary due to the inherent churn rate. Then one day, a question was posed: «Would the churn stop if we took all that money and put it toward employee benefits and development?»

There was no answer, which is why IntelliSource was born.

While every other staffing company talks about offering benefits, what they’re really offering is «access,» employees are free to choose and pay for whatever benefits they like, through the employer.

We on the other hand, actually pay between 70% and 80% of our employees’ benefits — it’s rewarding to everyone, starting with the employee and ending with you.

We find that focusing on the needs of others — both clients and employees — produces positive results.

Business Owner

Our President, CEO and Founder has a lot of experience in the staffing industry — enough to discover a better way of doing business, where every customer and every employee are the perfect fit, for us, for each other. Robyn calls it IntelliFit, and perfecting this custom matching program has been her passion since she started our company in 1999. Bob Fanch, cable maverick, an entrepreneur himself, a mentor and friend was the first to believe in her vision. Bob invested in IntelliSource and provided the initial support — financial and moral to get the business off the ground.

Robyn has more than 19 years experience in the outsourcing and staffing industry, having held key positions in operations, sales and executive management. She graduated with a BA from the University of Denver Business School and encourages everyone at IntellliSource to keep learning — to bring every customer the perfect solution, to treat every employee as a valued member of the team.
