I have never seen so many issues with a single Jack in the Box. Condiments always low or out in the dining area, poor customer service and sadly this is the closest location but thanks to it not being open due to who knows what had to drive up to Arvada to get to a better accommodating Jack in the Box. Get your crap together or corporate should just shut you down.

Sat in line for 35 mins in drive thru! Still can’t understand how that happens with only 3 cars around 240pm. Never come here.

I would call ahead and make sure they have what ever it is you want to order because the last two times I went there they were out. Poorly managed operation, I doubt they will be in business another year Stu this location.

The employees at this location were very friendly and helpful. We had split orders and came thru the drive thru, they had absolutely no problems doing this as the JNTB in Brighton Co said they could not do it that it takes to much time and they weren’t allowed too and we’re completely rude about it. So big thanks to Greg and Fernando for being accomadting to us! FOOD was hot and very good. ;)

Out of tacos and had to wait almost 30 minutes to get thru the drive thru? Thought about writing a Unilocal review before but this one caused it

Nobody around to take our order. I had to go outside and ask the two employees if they were«on break because there’s nobody inside to take our order». Suddenly there were five employees. Fries are cold, grilled sour dough is cold. Tacos have sliced cheese on them instead of shredded. Just YUK all the way around.

Wow… We ordered 2 different burgers for dine in and the lady brings us our burgers. She didn’t seem to know what she was holding so we had to open the containers to see which burger was which.

Used to be one of my favorite places to grab something quick but this place has been nothing but a hassle. I times that I made my way to this location and order anything they are always quick to say«we are out ! «no apologies nothing just were out. We’re out of Rice ! Is the one we always hear. It has been at least five times we have had to leave and then today we tried to grab something quick we drive in and they shut the lights off right away and said sorry for inconvenience were closed. So now they just randomly close early they run out of food I’ve never really known a business to have so many complications

It’s been a while since I’ve been back to this location and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Service was a bit rushed but quality more than made up for it.

I like bacon pretty much in everything I eat HAHA. When I heard Jack in the Box offers the Bacon Milkshake, I really thought it was an unusual flavor for a milkshake. I had my doubts of giving it a taste. Finally, I decided to try it and the milkshake didn’t taste as bad as I thought it would. The shake does have the taste of the bacon, plus a hint of maple. Definitely, I like this spot! This location is close to my mom’s house so it’s quite convenient. I must also admit it I am officially addicted to their Spicy Chicken Burger. When it comes to milkshakes, though, I’ll stick to classic flavors.

Let me just start with the fact that I absolutely LOVE jack in the box! It has been my #1 fast food place for years now. I hate admitting that this location is just not what it should be. I give them benefit of the doubt time after time and literally I am extremely disappointed each time. Why do I choose to give it another chance so many times!!! Because I hope there’s been change. I love their stupid super unhealthy food! 1st thing we’ve realized is they are always out of something. Literally. Always. Usually lettuce for tacos, but sometimes it’s the tacos themselves, or ketchup, ranch dressing, ICE(yes ice!), and did I mention tacos? After bar snack denied. 2nd thing is even after compromising what you want to eat, the order is wrong, or they’ve over charged you for something. 3rd thing is the quality of what you did get is less than mediocre. Buns are stale, tomatoes are shriveled, cheese is hard, pop is flat, chicken is still frozen, fries are old and hard. Now if the customer service was just as bad, I’d be even less likely to give all the chances I have. That area is hit or miss. The lady(Rene) late night in drive thru was usually really cool but you could tell she was super busy and didn’t have time to check anything. I’m not sure if they just don’t expect the rushes they get and therefore are not ready inventory or staff wise. But it just seems like the redheaded step child of jack in the boxes and no one is making sure they have what they need(Whether that’s enough lettuce or enough employeees) I really hope they can get their stuff together and be like the others. It’d just disappointing. Probably much better for my health to stay away, but my inner grease lover wants it available!

The main problem in my life is that I’ve been a vegetarian since I was a child, but I also have an insane schedule at times, and I find myself always wishing that fast food chains wouldn’t ignore vegetarians so coldly with their menu choices hovering somewhere in between a salad I have to specifically ask for no meat/ceasar dressing on, or a salad I have to pick nasty-@$$ fruit chunks out of. It’s a grim reality. I’m not even a vegan, people. I love eggs and dairy. It shouldn’t be so hard to accommodate more menu choices. I want cheesy, hashbrowny goodness too, dangit! Quit forcing hummus and egg white on me just because I don’t want bacon crumbles injected into my veins… but I digress… I pass this Jack N’ the Box on my way to work often, and if I’m having a hectic morning, or running late, sometimes I drop by. But the vegetarian thing honestly gets in the way of convenience. I’ve been in the drive-through many times, and what I REALLY want is some kind of wonderfully delicious breakfast burrito, but just without meat in it. But over the years I have learned to stop hoping for so much. Because typically, even when I do ask an employee for something with no meat, they react as if I’ve just asked them for the Hope Diamond. Heavy sighing, getting frustrated when they can’t figure out how to ring that up on their little computer, and when I get my food, the chances that it is incorrect are above 80%. So, I just don’t even bother most of the time. I just eat my hashbrown, and harbor years of fast food resentment with every bite. Up until today, I just continued to order my little hashbrowns. Though every time I have visited this location, the service has been excellent. Pleasant demeanor, helpful… those things that are extra important to you before 9:00am. Rene is the woman who I usually see at those times, but even when it’s someone else, the service is still excellent. But today, I didn’t want just a hashbrown. I wanted to look like all the happy people in the world who are holding breakfast burritos. I don’t ask for much. So I threw caution to the wind and asked Rene if she could possibly just make a egg/cheese/hashbrown breakfast burrito. Her response without even skipping a beat? «Oh, happily!» No sigh of discontent, or attitude, or saying«I don’t think we can.»…just«Oh, happily». Rene wasn’t in a hurry to get me through and out of her way. She was patient, and helped me get through my indecisive«combo or no combo» moment. She was just there for me this morning… like a therapist… with food… When I got my order and it was correct, and there was no meat in it, I had a Julie Andrews, spinning in the mountains, moment in my head during the commute. Maybe, one day I’ll feel courageous enough to order it with chipotle sauce… because I think Rene will be there to feed my vegetarian face-hole… So, even if you are a little«picky», you can still count on this crew. Shoot they’d probably come around the counter and hold your hand until you think you’ve settled on something you’d like to eat… not really… but maybe…

I came in this morning for a bit of food, and Rene in the drive thru was incredibly friendly and polite, much better than people at other places who say in a bored monotone, ‘Welcome to ____, order whenever you’re ready.’ I’ve never had their tacos before, so I asked Rene about them, and she told me that she’s a fan and also how she likes hers prepared. I decided that she knows best, so I ordered the tacos her way. They were tasty. Not incredible, but at 2 for $ 1, pretty hard to beat. Based on the food alone, I’d give Jack 3 stars, but dealing with Rene was worth the extra stars.

I love Jack in the box, so I was ecstatic to find out that this one was opening a block from my house! Now since this review is going to be a bad one I do want to post my one positive comment — the African American staff members that are usually on the late night shifts are very friendly and fast — now for the negatives– my order is almost always wrong and the older white woman working the window the other night is a straight up bitch. She can’t multitask and seemed to have a really big issue with giving me some ketchup that I asked for twice before. I will not be stopping here for bfast or an after bar snack ever again.

This location is a hit or miss. The wait is usually longer than I’m used to for Jack in the Crack but the food is ‘usually’ okay. I have had a couple of visits where my tacos and/or fries were old, I received curly instead of regular fries as requested and I’ve had some obviously past fresh tomatoes and lettuce on my burger but… I’m sorry… I just won’t give up on you, Jack. Your locations are too few and far in between for me here so I can deal with an occasional disappointment. I’ll just eat around the turd.

Finally I got to try Jack in the Box! So glad about this location which is not too far away from home. I hope they stay here! First impression is that it’s smaller than I expected, but much neater than the average McDonald’s. I had a lot of fun ordering and customizing my own meal through the kiosk, that’s the way all fast food joints should be — have a sophisticated computer system to let customers choose whatever they want and however they want it and have the costs all figured out! Theirs is even more breezy to use than supermarkets’ self check out machines! The only disappointment was, my boyfriend kept telling me if you order at the kiosk, you might win free items. Well, I didn’t, maybe it wasn’t my lucky day! Now onto the food, it’s at least on par with McDonald’s which makes me happy. Now I’m not saying I’m crazy about McDonald’s. But after tasting different things from all kinds of fast food chains, I always seem to like to go back to McDonald’s, they just have that familiar taste that works. I’ve had In-N-Out burger at the west coast and thought it was meh. So at Jack in the Box, the Jumbo Jack is pretty basic, and it tastes like a McDonald’s burger. So we had to fancy up and get one of those Sirloin burgers with cheese and grilled onions. Indeed very juicy and tastes freshly made! That’s what I kept hearing, is that their food is made to order. I don’t mind waiting for fresh foods, hello! We couldn’t leave without trying a chicken sandwich and the Grilled Chicken Club on Sourdough sounded fantastic, and it looked, smelled, tasted fantastic too! One more thing I like about Jack is the many unusual choices, like eggrolls and teriyaki chicken bowl, they really are trying to do everything huh! To have something different, we opted for the Jalepaneo poppers instead of fries and the Egg Nog Ice Cream Shake instead of soda. The former is worth every calorie but the latter isn’t(simply because it’s more than 800 calories packs in a 16 oz shake, they’ve got to be kidding!). I can’t wait to come back and try other novelties, hint hint, breakfast items! Just the thought of it is putting a big smile on my face right now! Oh, and the two of us didn’t finish that much food. We packed a little bit of each sandwich for leftovers, and guess what? I’m eating the leftover for lunch today and they still tasted pretty good!
