I got violent food poisoning from this place, stay away. I should have known by the dirty building. Lots of good places to eat in Denver, if it look like its not clean it probably isn’t.

We also came here with a groupon, not expecting too much. The Jalapeño Garden Grill and Juice Bar definitely exceeded our expectations. The food was prepared to order with much care by the owner and the guy who took our orders, perhaps his son. The food, both the burritos and the quesadillas, as well as the smoothies, were really fresh and flavorful. Not, as the previous reviewer mentioned, at all too greasy or cheesy. I left feeling like I’d eatem a healthy meal, not how I usually feel after eating Mexican out. The owner and the server went out of their way to give us excellent service. Even though we live pretty far away in Golden, we will go back.

We had a GroupOn and didn’t know what to expect. The restaurant is small and certainly not fancy, but the hospitality and the food was outstanding. It was like having our own personal chef. Our food was prepared with special attention to the dietary needs of my husband. Everything was fresh and the food was not the typical over cheesed gooey Mexican fare that many restaurants offer. They even have smoothies made fresh to order as well. This is truly a hidden gem. We’ll be going back.
