Kathi and Jason have been in many different areas of Real Esate since 1994. We have knowledge of Relocation business, New home building business and all areas of Residential Real Estate. During our careers in the New Home business Jason and Kathi both received outstanding customer service awards in addition to top sales person of the year many times throughout their careers.

Began Residential Real Estate with Innovative Real Estate working his way up to top 100 Real Estate agents in 2010 in the Denver Metro Area.

Kathi Weaver– Obtained Real Estate Broker’s license in 1995

Worked as a Relocation Specitalist for over 5 years helping clients with Real Estate needs acrossed the country and some international tranfers.

Worked over 10 years as New Home Sales Person at Richmond American Homes and Beazer Homes
