Today, Joe was my hero! I needed carriage lights installed on my garage and found Joe through Unilocal.Before the day was out, Joe made two trips for additional parts, installed huge carriage lights, a photo cell sensor, and a dimmer switch in the family room. As he was leaving, I clung to his leg and begged him to install a doorbell I forgot about. His prices are decent. Finally, I have a go-​to electric guy. My husband is a happy man.

Joe added a subpanel and three circuits to my garage and basement, with a total of thirteen new outlets. He also arranged to have it inspected. He arrived right at the agreed time each day and was able to work around my busy schedule. He is super-​friendly and was very free with his knowledge and expertise. So not only did I get the work done, I feel like I could tackle some of it next time. He even let me borrow his saw to work on something else in the backyard while he worked in the garage!

Same story here. Found Joe on Unilocal and have to report that the good ratings reflect Joe’s outstanding work. He is honest and gets the job done. We had 2 wall sconces put in and had the dining room chandelier replaced with 2 chandeliers. We are extremely happy with Joe’s work. Will keep Joe in my list of contractors to call up when something’s needed.
