Because we are involved with our clients on a regular basis, our expertise is personalized, our services are on time, every time, and our reasonable fees account for the efficiencies that come from that relationship. As a result, our fees start at only $ 350.00 per month and include the owner’s personal tax return for the year.
The relationship is critical to the way my practice runs. When you have a question or a business opportunity, as my client, you will know you can always contact me for a considered point-of-view, advice and counsel. We will discuss it the issue or opportunity from an accounting, financial and tax point of view. Plus you get my unique perspective as a former police chief, CEO, and President of the Colorado State Senate.
That conversation doesn’t result in a bill – that’s part of what a relationship is.

Business Owner
John Morse started working at age 16 at JCPenney’s in Colorado Springs, CO. Then he worked his way through college on a paramedic ambulance and upon graduation worked as a CPA serving as an audit manager for Deloitte Haskins & Sells and as Vice President of Finance for the Wigand Corporation. From there he went to Denver General Hospital to serve as a paramedic in what was then one of the busiest paramedic services in the country. Next, he joined the Colorado Springs Police Department serving as a police officer, detective and sergeant for several years. Later he moved to Fountain, Colorado where he served as the Fountain Police Department’s Chief of Police. In 2004, Morse was selected to serve as the President and CEO of one of Colorado Springs’ most prestigious nonprofit organizations, Silver Key Senior Services. Silver Key provided services to those over age sixty to ensure that they can remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
