History

Established in 2006.

I shot my first wedding 12 years ago and have been on a fabulous journey as a professional photographer ever since. Kellie Coughlin Photographer was registered with the State of Colorado in 2006 — the year I became a Full Time Small Business Owner. Within the past 4 years I’ve steadily expanded my business to include Boudoir Photography, Family & Baby Portrait Sessions and headshots.

My photography career began while I was studying Fine Art

at CU Boulder. During my summers I apprenticed with respected wedding & portrait photographers in Denver.

After graduating with my BA in Fine Art Photography & a minor in French, I ventured into the world of freelance photography. This career/​lifestyle has treated me very well and I feel very fortunate to be able to share with others my passion for making art & capturing moments through photography
