History

Established in 2012.

KJ’s Moving & Maintenance dba KJ Moves You & Storage was founded in 2012 by Kijuan Sanchez. In 2009 Kijuan was working as a building engineer and discovered a big problem his residents were encountering finding specialized high-​rise condominium movers. Kijuan Sanchez later initiated a plan to create KJ’s Moving & Maintenance which is not only providing specialized luxury relocating services to the Landmark Towers to this day, but also offers a wide variety of residential and commercial maintenance services. His unique background working as an engineer and earning his trade certificate helped Kijuan embark on his passion for being able to cater to those in need of superior moving and maintenance services. Together working with him in this effort is his colleague Larissa Esquibel who possess a unique knowledge and background in the business management field.

Larissa Esquibel leads KJ Moves You & Storage’s Organizational Development and crew teams, providing clients with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing budget reductions, writing business plans, and installing effective management information systems.

With a strong knowledge of both business development and managerial processes, Larissa has taken a leading role in driving KJ Moves You brand strategy, position and identity. Being a lead member of the team who launched automated moving processes to include: paperless relocating documentation, online appointment scheduling, secure mobile payment center, client portal, mover portal with instant online dispatching technology and real time check for our out of state clients. While improving overall staff morale and client confidence.
