Description

Specialties

I specialize in Wills, Trusts, Assets Protection, working with Blended Families, Probate and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Tax Planning, Small Business Law, Special Needs Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

From young families just getting started who may be concerned about naming guardians to older clients who want to get their affairs in order, as well as those with complex assets who need to reduce their taxable estate and transfer wealth to younger generations due to significant assets and impending taxes.

For the past five years, I worked primarily with estates having a net worth of $ 5 million to $ 20 million, and I am well versed in asset protection strategies.

With more than a decade of experience working with a wide range of clients and legal matters, I can provide boutique law firm specialization and service at a reasonable small firm price.

Don’t let difficult decisions keep you from creating an effective plan. Let’s begin the discussion with a free consultation today.

Business Owner

After practicing in New York for several years with a focus on real estate transactions, estate planning and elder law, I moved to Colorado and completed my Masters of Law in Taxation to better serve clients with complex assets. I opened my own firm after more than ten (10) years in practice and after working closely with some of Colorado’s best tax and estate planning experts.
