Steer clear of this company. We set up our move over two weeks in advance, communicated with Jeff about the items we needed moved and the three locations we were moving from. Agreed to the prices on the website and thought we were good to go –NOPE. Morning of the move, the guys show up, 4 not 3, like we planned and gave us a totally different price scheme. They said if we didn’t agree to the new pricing they would just leave, leaving us high and dry without movers on our moving day. We didn’t have any other choice but to agree. Tried calling Jeff all day with no answer, no calls back. The moving guys had no idea we were moving two apts and one storage unit into a house so they were pissed because they were told just one apt. We had also arranged for our 1,000 lb. gun safe to be moved that day, Jeff assured us it would be no problem –NOPE the guys didn’t have the equipment to move it that day. Had to take off two hours from work Monday for the moving guys to come back to move the safe. STILL have yet to hear back from Jeff, avoid this company! On a positive note, the guys that actually did all the heavy lifting were efficient and did the job well, I feel sorry for them having to work for such a poor business owner.

I thought it was a bit shady that the guy I was setting the moving appointmet up with was never available on his phone, but I blew it off.
First, the moving truck shows up late because they got lost. They showed up with 3 movers (after I specifically set up for 2). But Jeff, the owner, said they were really slow that morning, so I thought the third guy was just there to help out. I tried to not get angry at how long they were taking to load the truck (we had moved EVERYTHING into the garage, so they didn’t even have a reason to come in the house). Therefore, I nearly lost my mind when one of them came into the house, without asking, and took a fat dump in our bathroom… one the clock!
Finally, the truck was loaded and we were off to our new house. I left 20 minutes after the truck and STILL beat them to the new place! Our new loft is on the second level, so I expected it to take a little longer to unload than it did to load. However, I didn’t expect them to be lazy and only carry up one dining room chair at a time or a set of golf clubs (I could have done that!).
When they finished, the guy with the bill threw a fit because I refused to pay for the 3 movers! He then told me what he was charging me, I signed the paperwork and they left. Being that the house was new, we didn’t have any clocks set up yet. As soon as I found my phone, I realized that they charged me for an hour longer than they were actually working! I immediately called Jeff (no answer) and left a very detailed message, emphasizing the time of my call and the time they claimed they left.
Two days later Jeff called back, after we threatened to file a small claims suit. After cussing and yelling racial slurs at my husband, he agreed they overcharged us and would send us a check for the difference. It has now been a month, and we have received nothing.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They are extremely unprofessional and will scam you! Please pass on the word!
