There is something to be said about accountability and a sincere apology. I find that rarely exists. I received a sincere apology from my doctor herself, not an assistant. She did not leave a message either the first time she called… she called back and made sure I had time to talk and talked about everything I needed. She called in my prescription and sent me instructions on use and what the side effects were so I did not have to come in again. I am satisfied :) Thanks Dr. Havard.
