I highly recommend Let Em Have It Salon! Everyone there is so sweet.
I had the most amazing experience about a week and a half ago! I’d booked an appointment to have hair and makeup done for a Great Gatsby themed party. I was very specific and wanted an authentic 1920s style.
Michaela did my hair and is an absolute expert at finger waves! She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and executed a flawless style.
Kacie did my makeup and, again, perfectly done. When I looked in the mirror when she was done, I was absolutely stunned at how amazing I looked.
Everyone at the party told me I had the most spot on look.

Let em have it always delivers! Very chic place with a great staff. Michaela has been doing my hair for a year and does an amazing job every time ! She is a master at balayages and ombres. I’ve never been disappointed with the outcome of my hair. I don’t plan on going to anyone else ever again! I highly recommend this salon and booking an appointment with Michaela even for just a simple cut. She is the best !

Finally found my salon after living in Colorado for 5 years! Wonderful service… Feel like a rock star every time. Excited for the new services they’ll be offering soon!

Carlos was amazing and the salon is wonderful! I got a great cut and really enjoyed my time there.

Fallene has been cutting my hair for almost 10 years. She is a truly amazing stylist and person and I have followed her everywhere she has gone. I was so excited for her to open her own salon because it has everything you would want — atmosphere, drinks, snacks, a massage chair, and an esthetician too. She styled my hair for my wedding and has seen me go from brown to red, long to short, and she even helped me cut the most stylish bangs recently. She has years of experience as a color expert and knows some really creative cutting techniques too. I love her and can’t recommend her and her salon enough.

I absolutely recommend Let Em Have It! Everyone there is super sweet and attentive. It’s a beautiful salon with amazing artwork from local artists adorning the walls, and as it turns out they also host art shows once a month. Hopefully I’ll get the chance to attend one.
What brought me in, was the fact that I’m visiting from out of town and the baggage handlers at the airport managed to somehow break my blowdryer and the hotel ones are a joke for women with hair like mine. I was so lucky they were able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday evening!
As far as my experience, I was happily greeted by everyone behind the desk as soon as I walked in and offered something to drink. I’m not very good at drinking on an empty stomach so I declined, but it was great that they had a variety to choose from and were kind enough to offer my hubby one as well. :)
So I have a love/​hate relationship with my hair. I do love length so it’s down to my waist and I have lots of it, but I hate styling it because the process takes me so long! I’ll say it’s also very rare that I love when someone else styles my hair. The stylists often have a look of dread when they first see it ;) Shane however complimented my hair, enjoyed working with it and he pulled it off flawlessly! He managed to fully get rid of the frizz and left my hair super soft and shiny! I seriously loved my style. Even I can’t ever make it look that pretty and by the way still looks amazing a day later! Not to mention it was a pleasure conversing with and getting to know Shane, he is very sweet, funny and friendly and made me feel super comfortable.
All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience from the moment I called in, to the moment I checked out. The only negative is that I live out of town and can’t make this my regular place but I’m in love with this city and most definitely will pay Let Em Have It a visit when I return.

I had my hair colored approximately 4 weeks ago by Michaela. We discussed color options and we agreed to go with a rich chocolate for my roots & do a caramel balayage with the chocolate. She took her time and all seemed well until she went to rinse my hair. I noticed my scalp felt tender but didn’t think too much of it then she proceed to leave me laying in the sink for at least 15 minutes while she kept going to the back to mix something and apply it to my hair (I’ve never had that happen before). Once she took me back to her chair my scalp was definitely very sensitive and my hair was the red brassy color. I left thinking I should see what I thought once I got home. Once I got home I realized my scalp was bright red, had bumps, and hurt to even run my hands through my hair. So I text michaela since I was not happy with the color/​my scalp was on fire and she said she would talk to her boss and have her call me. The next morning Fallene did call and I explained to her what was going on so she asked me to come in. I went back to the salon and expressed that I was not happy with the color & I was in some pain which is very unusual. She tried to convince me I had to be allergic to something in the product so they couldn’t put any more color on me to fix it. She offered to wash my hair with a purple shampoo but I did not have time. She explained they would not refund any of my money because Michaela spent a lot of time on my hair and she thought it looked great. She gave me a free purple conditioner and sent me on my way. Now 4 weeks later my scalp is still so tender I can’t wear my hair up for more than an hour without my scalp just plain hurting & my hair is brassy all over. I have used the purple conditioner every time I wash my hair for the last 4 weeks and it did lighten it but it is still brassy. I’m sure michaela is capable of doing great color but as far as the owner Fallene she was rude and while she may have thought my hair looked great I did not like it at all and it was NOTHING like what I asked for so quite frankly I don’t care if she thought it looked good. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed and my scalp still hurts. Moral of the story if they screw your hair up you’re pretty much sol.

I recently chose to give this place a shot based on proximity alone but it turned out to be much more than a convenient location for me to get a men’s cut. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. They offer an array of refreshments to patrons after check-​in and always have smiles on their faces. My stylist, Kacie, is not only gorgeous and easy to talk to but also very talented. They even provide email reminders for appointments, rather than paper cards, which I always appreciate. I highly recommend this place.

Got seen by Shane this time around and he is amazing! I love his french techniques. He understood what I wanted with my cut/​color and skillfully created what I envisioned. −8÷21÷15

Michaela is a color genius! Every time I go in we get my hair more and more purple! I love it and I love her! She’s so friendly and fun to chat with. She knows what she is doing with those scissors too! My bangs look amazing each time!
Let Em Have It Salon is such a cute little, relaxing place. Doesn’t feel like I’m in a huge city right down town. Parking isn’t bad either surprisingly! And everybody in there is nice as well. Doesn’t have that normal salon vibe going on.
Oh and I almost forgot to mention, they will use ORGANIC color on your hair!!! No toxic Chemicals!!! That’s the icing on the cake right there folks! Organic hair color system last just as long as normal color if not better! Go check it out and fall in love like I did!

My husband and I have been going to Jenn for 15 years! I found Jenn by trying to find someone my husband would have something in common with so he would go get regular haircuts. Jenn plays in a punk rock band in her «free» time. My husband likes punk music! It was a match made in heaven! Plus she came with a great recommendation for female cuts and color! The rest was history! We have followed Jenn to a couple of salons downtown (we drive from Parker!!) and I have loved each of the salons. But Let Em Have It is by far the most relaxing, serene, clean, luxurious and laid back locations of all. The salon is certified green! They have great products. It’s in a hip up and coming location with a nice neighborhood coffee shop and bar within walking distance for a pre or post haircut drink. Parking is free and NOT a problem to find. The salon is owned by a fabulous couple. The wife has been cutting hair for a long time and treats her employees the way she has always wanted to be treated. They have a massage chair, complementary small bites and mimosas. I LOVE Jenn! She has helped me find my personal style and keeps my husband looking sharp. When we’re in a pinch she has squeezed us in! When I found out I was going to have surgery and it required part of my head to be shaved I called Jenn in a panic! She got me right in and gave me a cute short style that covered my incision and was simple to maintain after recovery. We are lucky to have found Jenn and are proud to call her a close friend now too! Please visit Jenn at Let Em Have It and tell her Leslie says Hi! Warning: she is so awesome she is usually booked out 2 months! But it will be worth it I promise!

I started going to Alexis for facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and brow waxes. She is incredible! My skin looks so good and I get so many compliments on it. The entire experience is relaxing and I love talking to Alexis, she’s so interesting and fun to talk to. Or not, if I don’t feel like chatting. She helps me with my plan for my skin and it’s obvious she does her research as she can talk to pros or cons of anything I bring up. The line they carry, Glo, is also amazing (especially the Cytoluxe line, but spendy!).
I loved the salon so much I started getting my hair done, too. Michaela is great with color and also fun to chat with. The parking can be difficult, give yourself time to park. But the salon is so beautiful and relaxing and the staff is great.

I really enjoyed my cut at this salon. It’s in a low key location and their salon interior is really diverse and nice. I got a great cut a decent price. No need to go anywhere else. I love this place! Michaela is amazing! I have never been so happy with my hair. Not only does she always have the latest trends on point but you have great conversations through the whole experience! You will never leave disappointed. It couldn’t be easier to set up an appointment with her. Your able to do it from the website and can do it on such short notice! I even spend my birthday with this girl because she always leaves me feeling fabulous and with a smile on my face! Love!

By far, this is my favorite salon because the staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. They go above and beyond to take care of me, I feel so pampered when I’m here– they have this amazing massage chair you can sit in while your highlights are setting. Plus, they host cool events, have great beauty products, and they know their stuff. I can’t say enough good things. I’m always looking forward to going back. Jen is my stylist and she’s fab, does great color!

Ok first off, great location wonderful atmosphere friendly people. I have been going here about a year ever since moving to denver. The first few times I went in I was pleased with my color. I ask for pretty much the same bright tomato red every time.
Carlos suggested I get just root touch ups to limit damage and price. But when I went in he completely messed up my hair. He used the wrong shade on my roots so it looked like I was bleeding from the scalp. He did try to fix it by doing an all over color the same day, better but not great. What made me mad is everyone in the salon acted like it had been my idea!
Whatever mistakes happen I get that.
I didn’t go back for a long time and when I did I used Vanessa instead. I asked for the same thing even brought in a picture. My hair came out way more purple than I wanted. She said it would fade to the color I wanted. It didn’t, it faded to a pink shade rather than a rich red.
More time passed and I had an experiment with dip dyeing my hair in blue kool aid. Turned out teal but I still kinda liked it, went in to see Carlos again, he loved the teal in my hair and wanted to ad more. I said that was great but I wanted it more turquoise and red vs. orange and teal. I asked him if he would like to see a picture, he waved me off saying he remembered the picture I’d shown him months ago. I ended up looking EXACTLY the same, teal and orange.
That’s it I’m done. Their prices are way to high for me to keep walking out unhappy. I have attached the pictures I took in on top, what I ended up with on the bottom. These guys get comfortable with you then forget your talking.
