I have a 2009 iMac desktop. I had reached the point where programs were either very, very slow or had frustrating quirks. I read a review of Mac-​Minded on the web and so I called Donovan Wick, the owner. He came by my home and fixed a variety of problems within one hour. I also received an hour of training because I had so many questions about Macs and computers in general. He charged $ 125 an hour which included the house call. I was very impressed with Donovan’s knowledge, with his communication skills (he talks tech in a way that a layman can understand), and speed as he said he doesn’t like wasting customers’ time. I highly recommend.
