We partner with dozens of local organizations that reflect the full spectrum of Jewish life. Collectively they offer hundreds of programs and events. MazelTot.org also builds community by helping you connect with other families.
History
Established in 2009.
MazelTot.org is a grant initiative of Rose Community Foundation in collaboration with dozens of organizations and congregations. The Foundation supports efforts to create and sustain a vibrant Jewish community, in part by funding new ideas that connect Jews to Jewish life and to each other. MazelTot.org was created in 2009 to meet these goals and to encourage young families to try new Jewish experiences.
Meet the Manager
Josh G.
Manager
Josh Gold is the MazelTot.org initiative manager at Rose Community Foundation. Mr. Gold oversees MazelTot.org’s network of partner organizations and serves as a resource to help families connect to Jewish life and to one another in Greater Denver and Boulder.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Gold worked for the Community College of Aurora Foundation as the associate director of donor relations. He previously worked as an academic advisor at the Community College of Aurora and also as a youth director for a number of years in the Denver Jewish community at BMH-BJ: The Denver Synagogue and Temple Sinai.
Mr. Gold currently chairs the Finance and Development Committee for YouthRoots and has served on a number of boards for local nonprofits. He is an alum of Roots & Branches Foundation, an initiative of Rose Community Foundation. A Colorado native, Mr. Gold earned a B.A. from Colorado State University in technical journalism with a concentration in public relations and a Masters in
