If I could give 0 stars I would! I was at Denver airport and decided to have some fries and a meal at McDonald! I was shocked to see how they operate! I don’t expect quality from this place but at least some type of costumer care ! They took my order n made me step to the side and wait for my number to be called! Unfortunately the person in charge of calling the numbers did no speak any English neither she was verbally capable to call out loud the order, so no one could get their meal because she could not call the correct number! I m not even upset at her for not speaking one word of English but at the stupid manager who was on her cell phone talking to her boyfriend while up to 35 people were waiting for their food ! The employee should had been assigned to a different task ! This was the most unprofessional work environment I ever seen ! That manager should be fired for not Puttin in charge someone who speak English and for the lack of care she had! There is so many better qualified people who are in need of job and willing to work harder! I hope this review will catch someone attention and something get done! This happen may3rd 2016 at 11am !

Hey everyone! This is the most busiest of the busiest when it comes to visiting a McDonald’s… Especially in the airport!!! Unfortunately nothing can be done about it, but hey, it happens. It’s not the workers fault if that’s what you’re asking. But their lack of improvement can be the main key source for the lack of providing excellent customer service. I believe no one should seriously fuss for one burger at McDonald’s that just so happens to be busy all the dang time. It’s the airport what does everyone expect? There are more restaurants located next to it, and be left well enough alone. Otherwise we are all going to have a bad time.

Like all the other reviews, you can never expect quality customer service from a fast food place in an airport. But it took them 15 minutes to get me a Big Mac with French fries. Not to mention what goes on in the back. As I was standing there with 4 other people trying to get there order, the manager would put her back to you and have a conversation with her employees. Not one care for the customer, what so ever. Absolutely ridiculous

Waited for my food longer than in line. Had at least 5 – 6 orders that were after mine get their food first. To boot when I finally sat down to eat my food my order was incorrect.

I do not believe anyone in this McDonald’s spoke English. In addition, they were busier talking to each other than they were in providing service to customers. They left an item out of my order the first time. When I went back to get the missing item they replaced it with the wrong item. The person calling out orders did not understand English numbers. Instead of 302 she would say 320, instead of 303 she would say 330, etc. very confusing for those of us in line. In short, I highly recommend you eat somewhere else.

The website said they opened at 4:30 am. They finally decided that 4:47 was close enough! It’s a nice idea to open at 4:30 for those with early flights. They should probably do it though! I was the 2nd customer in line and they managed to screw up a simple order. I ordered an egg McMuffin meal and a separate double order of just scrambled eggs. What did I get in my bag… A sausage McMuffin with a scrambled egg on it. The clerk brought me a scrambled egg after lots of explanation… English was not his strong suit. Typical… My fault for expecting anything but mediocre service. They don’t care about customers because they don’t have to! A captive customer base. Good luck!

Lousy customer service. No smile, thank you or anything that would suggest I buy from them again. I will happily spend double next door. Attitude poor.

I, honest to God, don’t expect quality customer service from the fast food places in the airport, especially when going to McDonald’s simply because I understand it’s a constantly fast-paced environment and there isn’t enough time or energy for the usual niceties… But honestly, this place lacks BASICMANNERS. My cashier was rude, copping an attitude the moment I approached the register. I get it, it’s 5:30 in the morning and you’re working at a McDonald’s, servicing people who are antsy, tired, and obviously lucky enough to be visiting different locales, but at least be a decent human being. On top of that, my sausage mcmuffin with egg was burnt, my hash brown was soggy, and my iced coffee was more creamer than coffee. Definitely way too sweet for my liking. The only«good» thing about this place is they do get the food out to you quickly, which I guess would be commendable if the food came out decent. Overall, I’m not taken aback by the experience, my low expectations were just proved right.

This location is consistent with other locations. The wait is typical of an airport establishment.

Seemed to have plenty of staff but still took a long time to get my Big Macs out. Wanted Egg McMuffins, which are now supposed to be available all the time, but they are not at this place.

We visited this place twice recently during our layovers at the airport. Our path from gate to gate always took us by this place and I liked how McDonald’s food is consistent. However, this particular place is slow and have messed up multiple items in our orders. For example, I specified crispy chicken for one of the items but they gave me beef instead even though the box itself indicated crispy chicken. Another recent example is a wrong dressing on a wrap. As we were in a hurry to make the next flight, we were not in the mood to go back and complain.

It took forever to get our order and it was not very good. We ate here because it seemed to be the cheapest option for food while waiting for my daughter to land. Big mistake! My stomach did not appreciate my frugalness.

It’s your typical airport Micky D’s. 1. All customer facing roles have a poor command of English. Check. 2. Small change in menu item takes 5 minutes to translate; causes utter chaos in the kitchen. Check 3. 5 minute staring at your completed order behind the counter, but no one takes the initiative pick it up and call your«number». check there too 4. Walk 100 yards to your gate, hunt for an empty seat settle in and eat, find most of the order is incorrect. Check that sh! t.

Okay, it’s McDonalds, so you kinda know what you’re getting but if the company still wonders why people are abandoning it and sales are sluggish, you might consider the fact that the«large» order of fries barely has as many fires as a medium order should. And… While I’m at it, how about putting your staff thorough some hospitality training or get them to grow a personality and actually thank a customer for the business.

This is McDonald’s. Yes, I know. I’m reviewing a McDonald’s. I am currently writing this review as I sit at the Denver airport for my three hour layover. I was craving a burger(like always), but the restaurants around my gate had a 30-minute wait. I was starving, so I decided to just get McDonald’s. The food is… well it’s McDonald’s. I guess I will comment that the food quality is the same here as any other McDonald’s. Interpret that statement any way you want to interpret it. The prices are reasonably priced too. I got a Big Mac meal, which cost a little over $ 7, not bad at all considering this is at an airport. The service here is horrendous. Granted, I know that it’s an airport and it’s really busy here, but still, people need to learn some manners. The cashiers are rude and the guy calling the numbers when food is ready is even worse.

Hi for horrible service, food orders gone wrong, a laissez-faire attitude, and the bubble guts, order here! This is a warning for all the other passengers that travel through this terminal. On average, it takes about 10 minutes to get your food. I witnessed a poor lady wait 11 minutes for a McCafe Latte drink. The servers here do not care about you up front, so why would they care about you in the back? My friend and I came here together, she ordered a Big Mac meal and I ordered an apple pie. 14 minutes later, she gets her meal, three minutes later I get a «we’re sorry we don’t have anymore pies!» I get the look of Death when I say«okay, I’ll get my money back.» They then try to offer me some fruit slices or a salad to make up for my missing pie!?! We finally negotiated to a medium fries, but by the time I received that, we almost missed our flight! I’ve eaten here on multiple occassions, it’s not my favorite, but it’ll suffice. At least I know, because I’m lactose-intolerant and they always put cheese on my food when I requested it withiut, I’ll lose weight eating at McD’s! !! ;-) Go to Root Down!

This location deserves no stars, zero would be a right number. The haven’t gotten speed of service that makes up the type of the eatery they are. The service is nowhere to the fast one! You can have a sit down full cooked meal for the wait time. Aweful aweful aweful! Such a poor management! Especially for an airport location.

Wow! I don’t usually eat this fast food garbage, but when you have a three hour delay at an airport and everything else is about the same precooked garbage, you tend to just grab something and throw it down your throat. It’s McDonalds so you know what you’re getting… Except for the service & the service at this location was pathetic. Three people standing around waiting for the other one to help the next customer in line, but none of them made the first step, so I did… And I must say the experience will make me rethink the next visit to this not any McDonalds location. Unenthusiastic, rude and generally just didn’t give a rats ass about helping any of the customers. «What a want» is how I was greatest… Number 447 was called and the only other thing I was asked… Do you want catsup… Not a thanks, have a nice day, or get bent. I will walk right by next time. Oh, and I asked for no pickles… Guess what I got on my ice cold burger? You guesses it, pickles. So much for you ask for it, you got it.

I had a 45 minute layover and needed to grab dinner — thank God for the Golden Arches! Just enough time to grab dinner(and breakfast for tomorrow!) and get over to my other gate just as it was boarding. Wait time is literally zero. I spent more time deciding what to get than I did lining up(four cashiers) or waiting for my order. You can’t expect more from a McD’s! One tip: you might as well get one of the gourmet sandwiches(I got the bacon habanero quarter pounder) — at airport prices they’re only a little more than the regular ones like McChicken or Filet o Fish. And they’re still half the price of other places at this airport!
