Our commercial kitchen needed a new convection oven and I contacted Metro to arrange to have them convert it to propane. When told what brand and model we’d selected Robert suggested we would be much better off with a different brand that was no more expensive but highly reliable. The advice was really appreciated and the conversion was professionally done.
This year our older kitchens stove was hauled down from the mountains to Metro and refurbished — new thermostats, new valves, etc. When it was ready I headed to Denver and got stuck in traffic on a busy Friday. I should have known, but the crew at Metro stayed 30 minutes after closing time on a Friday to get me loaded up and on my way. I would absolutely recommend Metro for their workmanship and their willingness to go the extra mile.

This company will ROB you, go elsewhere!
They charge for a traveling fee of $ 105 to get to you and that does not include labor, parts, or a guarantee that they’ll fix whatever it is you called them out for.
I called them to come look at a commercial oven at restaurant and it took the guy nearly 2 hours to have a response to the problem. During this time, he was taking his dandy time with the excessive tools trying to dissect the toaster, not to mention he was on the phone a few times. Of course he’s taking his time, the company charges me by the hour!
He informs me of a part I need to order, but tells me he is not certain it will fix it. He tells me if I order the part and he has to come back to replace it, I will be charged an additional $ 105 for another trip he makes out to the store. I decided to go with a different company for a second opinion and good thing I did, they charged me less and they were able to fix the oven. Def more reliable and affordable than Metro Appliances! All in all, it was a HORRENDOUS experience with this company. They didn’t fix anything and the guys’s time at the store cost me over $ 300 dollars!!! Disappointed!!!

Our business has used Metro Appliance countless times over many years. They are almost always able to repair our appliance, and if they don’t think it’s worth fixing, they will be honest and tell you. Their repairs are always well done and they respond quickly. We would recommend them to any restaurant in need of equipment repair.

Awful customer service experience. Sara, who is the supervisor, believes her agenda is more important than her customer’s. I’ll advise against asking her questions as well. She doesn’t seem to take well to her customer’s attempt to learn a scenario to appropriate scheduling. Time is money, right?
I personally haven’t had a chance to experience their «repair service» yet. Let’s hope that redemption is in order.
