We offer honest, reliable and affordable automotive, residential and commercial locksmith service. We specialize in lock re-​keying, house lockouts, business lockouts, lock repair and replacement, car lockouts and car keys.

History

Established in 2008.

Metrolocks is a mobile locksmith service that serves the entire Denver metro area. We created Metrolocks to give a new fresh alternative to many of the other Denver locksmith companies around the metro area. For this means treating treating the costumer with respect and appreciation by being honest, friendly, affordable and reliable.

When Metrolocks was created, we decided to be different than the other locksmiths in town. We came up with the idea of giving flat rates over the phone and keeping them low by being efficient with our overhead. We use fuel efficient vehicles and smart advertising techniques to keep our costs down so we can pass the savings to our costumers.

I’ve been living in Colorado for about 10 years now and I can easily say this is a great State to be living in. Some of my hobbies are reading, camping, hiking, board games, and painting.

One of my main drives to start Metrolocks was to create a locksmith service that is different. A service that is aligned with my values and treats people the way I personally want to be treated. This is why we have one of the best online locksmith ratings all across the web. Every business says they care about customer satisfaction but we live it. For me reading the customer reviews every evening really makes my day and reminds me why I started this business in the first place.

I needed a replacement key for my Jeep and have it programmed.
John Dobereiner turned up and had the key cut and programmed within about 30 minutes.
I would definitely recommend Metrolocks and will use them again… but hopefully not that soon… :)

John D. from Metrolocks came to my new home to re-​key the locks for me. He was on time and very, very friendly! I appreciated that he made me comfortable with him being in my home. He immediately discussed the price of the keys I requested before starting work so there were no surprises when I paid for my invoice. In under 30 minutes he had re-​keyed five locks and even fixed a crappy deadbolt for me! Not only was he efficient and kind, the price was reasonable too (plus you don’t have to pay with a check, they accept cards which is super helpful)! I’m very, very happy with John D. and Metrolocks!

Well, I seriously am impressed. John was on time, incredibly patient and kind, and replaced my ignition within an hour! I was also quoted a price yesterday and it was that exact cost today, which never happens! John definitely made a customer for life by giving me the original ignition as well as a business card and saying «I guarantee my work so call of something happens» I love that! I know many kids at my high school who lock their keys in their car so I will make sure I have them call here first! He also let me test the car before driving off and was willing to meet at a high school which I appreciate dearly. The professionalism from this company definitely was elite from the phone call all the way to the handshake at the end. I will use them again!

Amir shows up on time, is always friendly and helpful. He honest and tells me when it’s something simple (like one of my kids accidentally flipped a switch I didn’t know about) or when it’s really an issue. Prices are reasonable, posted, and fair. He even helped me figure out why my door wasn’t shutting correctly and fixed it too! This is the 3rd time we’ve used Metrolocks and have been very happy every time!

Quick and professional. I locked my keys in the car and used Unilocal to find someone close. I was thrilled to see that a company so highly rated was so close to my home. The technician was friendly on the phone and explained all of my options to me.
He looked up and found that he would not be able to make a duplicate key for my make and model on the spot, but offered alternatives. He still offered to come out and see if my keys were locked in the trunk, and sure enough, they were. They charged a $ 55 flat fee which I believe to be an astounding deal.
You can trust these guys. I have had bad experiences with other locksmiths recently. My girlfriend was just charged $ 110 by another company and treated terribly in the same neighborhood.

These guys were great. I needed locks replaced for my new home. They were on time (actually 20 min early!), did the job in less than 30 min, and were very respectful with my new home. I got exactly what I needed quickly at an affordable price. This is a locksmith to have on file and I will use them again no questions asked. A trustworthy locksmith I would highly recommend.

Great find! Thanks fellow Unilocalers for the 5 star reviews they were not for nothing. The service pricing model is awesome and effective. We had John come out, and he was great. It was fast and easy, and he even came back to finish something he couldn’t get to work right and knew which old locks were not able to be done by a locksmith (we have an older home). Great job all around. We will use again if we need and recommend.
