This place is really great. Very helpful and kind staff. Much of their inventory I have found to be about the same price as online, and I would so much rather give money to this business and be able to see it in person before purchasing. I am just getting into making silver jewelry and experimenting with other things — having this place around the Denver area is really awesome.

The perfect location for local metal smiths and jewelry makers. The service is excellent. Once you’ve been in there a few times, the know your name and know the kinds of things that interest you. Their mail order is fast and reasonably priced. If they don’t have it, they’ll usually be able to order it. Travis and his staff are so knowledgable! They have always been willing to help with questions you might have or problems with a technique you may be using. Thank you, Naja!

Great store, quite a complete selection of tools and supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly… although I am new to jewelry making, they made me feel welcome.

How lucky am I to have somehow stumbled upon Naja Tools and the Denver School of Metal Arts(side by side). I love how easy it is to get to the Naja, it’s on a very accessible road, it has plenty of parking space, and I feel it’s in a very safe part of town — which is something I consider when going someplace. I’m relatively new to jewelry-making as I’ve only been doing it for about 2 years and Naja Tools has become my favorite store, hands down. I feel they have excellent prices(especially to students) and I can go in there and describe a project that I’m working on or thinking about and they can help me make it happen. I feel they are so amazingly knowledgable and they are so remarkably friendly. I feel truly welcome when I walk in the door.

The Naja is a treasure. It’s unbelievably nice to hold a tool in my hand before I buy it and for that you need a bricks and mortar store, not to mention the joy of being able to run out and get jewelry supplies as easily as going to the grocery store(I know that if I had to wait three days to get new saw blades every time I ran out, I would never get anything done). The staff is extremely knowledgable and full of ideas and they usually find time to offer solutions when I am struggling with a tricky metalsmithing problem. I really like their contests and demos too, they provide a great way to meet other artists in the community and are a lot of fun!

I’ve been familiar with the Naja for over 20 years. It has changed owners and is now in better hands than ever. If you are a metalsmith or jeweler, you will be able to find most of your supplies here. While they may not be as cheap as what you can find online, you will get great service and knowledge in the store. In addition to supplies, they also have the metal arts school next door. Check out their website for schedules of classes.

Absolutely love the Naja. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices do seem a little high, but I don’t have much experience to judge it by. Will make the trip from Highlands Ranch to frequent their store.

The Naja, Inc. has the best prices short of wholesale on tools. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient, the store regularly has free in-store demos on metalworking and tool using techniques, and there is a good selection of forging and forming tools. It is owned by a prominent jeweler and the selection of tools is edited as best as can be for a small store. Compared to Rio Grande or Otto Frei, the prices really are quite a bit less on many of the larger and more expensive items such as flex shafts or dap & die sets, especially if you don’t have to have anything shipped to you. I furnished the better part of my studio through them and I know that I saved money. The only thing better is a wholesale account with Stuller! I would not buy stones or metals there. Primarily because of the four wholesale trade shows in Denver each year and all the metal that I use needs to be recycled. The Naja, Inc. is a great place for jewelry supplies for serious metalsmiths.

Located on a horrible and industrial part of Broadway… Near highway 36, Naja Tools is a place to buy jewelry making tools, equipment and supplies… But it is not a one-stop shop necessarily… There prices are high and their selection of stones is slimmer then I wanted it to be. I went there with my friend Kyla and we told the workers that we were taking the Highland Hills Silversmithing Class and the women had the entire list of supplies that we needed memorized… Which was really convenient… Except everything we purchased ended up being super expensive! The store and location is as boring as this review… Really, nothing creative about the store… The staff are nice, but I was bored being there for the 10 minutes that I did stop by… A poster or something would freshin up the place. Stop by for all of your jewelry making needs… Except for stones… Not the best for that. * Star one is for boring me out so much that I actually wrote a kind of lame-o review… Different is good right? ** Star two is for GREAT customer service who are helpful and encouraging *** Pretty star three is for a large variety of jewelry making tools… that make you think, «Hey, I think I can make some great money off this» Our final stars were taken away due to high prices(I guess it is not their fault that silver is getting more expensive, and a horrible location)
