They may be a great office, but I’ll never know. I called to have two moles checked and some scaly skin. I was told I could only be seen for one issue. SERIOUSLY! Is your office going to cover the next office exam visit because u want more money out of my pocket? If I have issues, shouldn’t I be able to discuss them all with you in one visit? That is what a new patient visit is for. I work in the medical field guys. This is very below par.

I highly recommend Nancy, she is a fantastic physician. I have had a skin condition for nearly 20 years, and she was the first out of many Dermatologists to suggest a medication that I had never heard of, nor offered. She also settled some other worries by examining some stuff I didn’t make the appointment for, and thankfully no treatment necessary. I left with a bag full of very helpful samples and a new found medication that has been the most effective thing I have tried since I was 13 years old. Thank you Dr Krywonis!

Not impressed with her or her office ladies. Scheduled an overall skin check (I’ve had skin cancer 2X in my 30s). Having seen a lot of dermatologists I didn’t think she was very thorough checking my skin. However, when it came time to pay, I have a high deductible insurance plan, I asked if I could pay that day and not run it through insurance. After waiting a long time while they went back and forth behind closed doors, they finally gave me the quotes on the different charges with or without insurance. They decided they couldn’t allow me to pay that day and had to run it through insurance anyways, okay fair enough. However, they still told me the max I would be paying even without an insurance discount, so I knew what my bill would be. Annoyingly, I received my bill and they ended up charging me $ 55 higher than what they stated the max would be. $ 178 for a 5 minute skin check which I don’t even trust her opinion, I don’t think so, definitely going somewhere else next time.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Krywonis to review the effects of cream prescribed to remove the pre-​cancerous lesions on my face. Without telling me, she indicated on the prescription that generic should not be used. I paid $ 56 for the prescription when I could paid a lot less for the generic brand. When I returned for a follow up I had a another issue. My back had broken out from lotion used for a massage. I waited for Dr. Krywonis wearing a gown so she diagnose the rash on my back.
Dr. Krywonis arrived in the room 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment and apologized for being late. She sat in the chair across the room. I asked how my face looked and all she said «beautiful.» I had a few questions which I decided not to ask after receiving less than a full evaluation of my face.
I then asked about my back. She got up from her chair and viewed my back and said, It looked like «acne.» She then asked her assistant to bring in a sample of a medication which was about an inch in size. She gave me the sample. I assumed she would also write me a prescription for the medication. ‚
I also asked her a second time to write a letter I could give to my insurance company explaining why I should not have use a generic medication on my face. She said she would do that now and left the room. Dr. Krywonis did not return. She moved on to her next patient;. Her assistant brought me the letter which said very little and my appointment was over.
I did not get a complete evaluation of my effects of the medication Dr. Krywonis prescribed for my face. I did not get a letter describing why a generic medication should not be used on my face. I did not get. a prescription for the «acne» on my back nor a more exact definition of the rash. Her very brief time with me help her reduce her backlog at the price of giving my issues less than the full time and attention. they deserved.
This is the third review I have see complaining about the treatment or lack of treatment received by a patient when Dr. Krywonis was behind schedule.
Needless to say, I will find another dermatologist.

Dr. Krywonis is very nice, but I came in to have stitches removed (that they had put in after a biopsy) and waited forever. They were late coming back from lunch, so I wasn’t let into the back for 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. And then I was clearly forgotten in the back room. Sitting there with a gown on, I was leery of poking my head outside the door, but after waiting for 30 more minutes in the room, I finally decided to look. The medical assistant very gruffly told me they would see me shortly. So, it took me over an hour (once inside the office) to get stitches taken out — a 10 second procedure. And this wasn’t the only time — roughly every time I was seen there was so much waiting in the back room that I would eventually stick my head out to see if I was forgotten. Just a warning.

I’ve visited Dr. Krywonis office on a couple of occasions. The office is very nice and clean. However, one thing that really rubbed me the wrong way is I had not been in to see a dermatologist for some time, so I had a list of things I wanted to speak to the doctor about. I was informed that she can only see/​treat me for one thing at a time and I would need another appointment for my other concerns. Really?! This was a first for me. I’ve never had a doctor tell me I had to make another appointment if I came in for more than one issue. It’s not only inconvenient b/​c I work full-​time and have to take time off for an office visit, but it also racks up the costs for me in co-​pays and out of pocket expenses. I’ve decided to try someone else.

I have struggled with acne for quite some time now and after a lot of failed attempts I decided to switch dermatologists. Nancy Krywonis was prompt, friendly and gives you the time you need to answer your questions. Her Medical assistant is very sweet and patient. My skin has cleared dramatically and I will continue to recommend Nancy Krywonis for dermatology. The office is incredibly clean and even offers York peppermint patties for the sweet tooth ;)

Dr Krywonis was recommended by my PA. Great recomendation!
This office is very state of the art, electronic signature pads, page scanners for insurance and id cards, a web portal to review your results. Hot damn! Hello 20^th century!
I did have to knock off a star for the 30+ minute wait, but other than that this is a great palce to go for your dematological needs!
The DR herself is very friendly and agreeable and down to earth. She was pleased with the state of my skin and as opposed ot pimping me for more money with more appointments said that unless i saw a change in anything i didn’t need to come for a few years! How great is that.
I wish i could go back more often.
