Honestly I got to say this was the best location to get my new ’05 Infinity! The management is beyond more than AWESOME! Especially Alex! He knows how to keep you wanting to come back and to look for more. This will not be my last visit! Thanks to Alex I am really happy now!

I purchased a 2004 VW Passar here and had a great experience. They had wonderful customer service and were genuinely interested in doing good business and making sure I was happy. It was fast and thorough when it came to my financing and trade in. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Great inprovement from other reviews. Bought a 05 Hyundai tib had its flaws but what used car doesnt. Plates cost me 80. Dp was only 1500and they work with you on payments which are already reasonable. I honestly have no complaints

Moe over on the Colfax location is a deceitful liar! I needed a cheap family vehicle because I have 2 autistic kids that have to go to Children’s constantly. He was sympathetic. However, he first tried to sell me a GMC Jimmy. The seats looked like an angry pit bull let loose in there. So I went to look at a 2000 Ford Explorer. The driver’s side door handle was broken…“We can fix that,” Moe said. He quoted me $ 1999 for the vehicle. When it came time to do the dealing, Moe told me that he quoted me the wrong price. The vehicle was now $ 2999. I told him Not for ME! I drove it. It needed tires, an alignment, and new front brakes. I knew it had these issues, and since I could fix it, I had no problem buying the truck, but not for the bait and switch amount of $ 2999. I finally got Moe down to $ 2299 plus tax, all the while hearing him lament about how «My boss is going to kill me. I don’t know if I’ll have a job tomorrow… etc.» I then asked Moe when I could bring the truck back to have the door handle fixed. «Well, since I had to sell the truck so cheap, I’ll have to charge you $ 175 for the door handle.» Ummmm… going back on his word AGAIN. Then he offered to fix my front brakes and rotors for $ 900. Not kidding! $ 900! Almost the exact amount of the difference in the prices he originally quoted me and then tried to sell it to me for. Hmmm… I bought the vehicle. It needed an entire new front end… brakes, rotors, ball joints, and a water pump. Well, there went $ 909. I took it to get emissions tested. It failed miserably. I have since spent another $ 608 for a mass air flow sensor and a good tune up. I am not sure if it is going to pass emissions when I take it again in 2 days. If it doesn’t, I will have to replace the catalytic converter at a cost of $ 802. And Moe said I would have ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH EMISSIONS!
DO NOT GO HERE. RUN AWAY. Bait and switch… lies about vehicle history and repairs. Lies about repairing things that should have already been working. I am filing with the Colorado Attorney General and the BBB and am going to take him to court as in Colorado it is illegal to sell a vehicle that won’t pass emissions.
If you bought a car here and are having issues, you don’t have to take it. I know I’m NOT!!!
Giving them even a one star rating is a disgrace to the entire rating system!

We dealt with the location on Broadway. Yes, they are very nice and will finance for you (after they charge you double for the car). They even promise to charge you only 50% of any repairs that are needed for a period of time. (50% off of what?)
1^st vehicle engine blew up in 1 day. They were gracious enough to let us trade it for another vehicle (costing more), with problems of its own, I might add. Electrical problems, car unlocks by itself, wrong unsafe tires/​wheels and misalignment according to the tire place, ball joint, engine light coming on, won’t crank when water on the road, the list goes on. But they’ll only charge you 50% to repair remember? Well, they charge you but don’t fix anything. Did they put a bandaid on it or just turn off the engine warning light? They charged us for fixing it though!
Anyway after throwing a LOT of good money after bad, we gave it back to them in better shape than when we bought it. Now he’s threatening to garnish my wages and charge 4 times more because he’s going to add on $ 400/​hr of attorney fees because he said «he has a lot of money to screw me with». Nice! Bullying a single mother and her son. He even called my son and told him that I was «not a lady». Got it recorded, Mark!
You would be better off taking your $ 500 down payment on the $ 5000 vehicle and buying a junker from an individual owner. At least you are paying for what you get.

When I first took my car home from Nation’s Auto, a smallish used car lot off Colfax, I would have given a four or five star review. My salesperson– a gent named Z– let me test drive the car, take it to my own mechanic for an evaluation, held it while I ran a Carfax report, and then before I even started to haggle, wrote me out a breakdown of the lowest price he could give me for it (almost $ 1,000 below asking) and the total cost with fees. I was very pleased with the buying experience.
That is, until I went to get my license plates and found out that someone in the office hadn’t understood I lived in UNINCORPORATED Jefferson County, and charged me a couple hundred bucks in city sales tax that I didn’t owe! The DMV lady at the Taj Mahal kindly explained to me that auto salesmen do this all the time and pocket the money, and that they likely didn’t even have a license to collect city of Golden sales tax. She gave me a strongly worded letter to hand-​deliver to them. I figured I was looking at a long fight to get the money back.
Nope, I delivered the letter, they apologized for their mistake, and got me a check the next day when the owner came in to work.
However, turns out the car has a few problems they may or may not have known about– screwy wiring (ever had your windshield wipers refuse to turn off until you turn the car off?) and some worn out hoses, minor stuff, but irritating. So normally I’d give a one or two star review for the tax problem and the issues with the car, but I was very pleased with the buying experience, so here we have a very fair three stars.
I recommend it for a good deal if you know quite a bit about cars and car buying– novices like me, however, should stay away.
