I can only assume it’s about the same as New Belgium Hub, also at Denver Intl. I checked into the wrong place because the locations are off in Unilocal’s database.

I love New Belgium in Ft. Collins. This establishment just doesn’t live up to the same standards. The bar tender wanted to cash me out in the middle of my meal so he could get his tip. Didn’t leave one. Left it for the person who actually served me. Same bar tender felt inclined to voice his opinion on who should and should not be having kids at what age. Seriously! Who are you sketchy male bar tender working on Saturday to say so!!! Food decent. Regular pub fare. And as always great New Belgium beer.

We walked past just about every food and drinks place in concourse B to go to New Belgium brewing for dinner and some lips of faith series beers. We were seated right away and she gave us menus. She didn’t take our order when she dropped off the beers. She actually never took our order. We waited over 30 minutes and then went to the register to pay and go find some place that would take our order. At the register no one could ring us up because it wasn’t their table. When the waitress that had our tab finally brought over the bill she tried to tell us it wasn’t her table. The place was half empty and plenty of wait staff, if the didn’t all walk around like zombies. Pretty disappointed with the level of service.

I think i could have waited until my flight, driven home, and poured myself a beer out of my own fridge before these people would have asked me what I’d like to order. It really sucks when you see other people who showed up much later than you with a drink already on their table. Oh, and at $ 8.50 for a beer, never coming back…

Ok. I probably shouldn’t have ordered a margarita at a beer place, but I did. It was neon yellow in color. And the ratio of neon yellow to tequila was not in my favor.

The buffalo burger was decent, but completely overcooked. The sweet potato fries had lots of potential but arrived luke warm and mushy. Hot from the frier they were probably great. The beer selection is great. Decent enough fare for airport food.

I’ve been here twice now while traveling. While the selection of beers is admirable, and the wait staff is passable… the food is just plain and uninspired. If you’re serving good beer, serve good food. Most recently had the steak sandwich which was in fact a slab of steak on a hoagie. All great except the steak was flavorless and chewy. Their«chipotle dijonaisse» is off on ratio of spices… feels like the cinnamon challenge. Not worth the $ 15.

$ 6.75 Fat Tire pint. The New Belgium Spoke is a nice little airport bar, not a full on restaurant bar like the New Belgium Hub in Terminal B — finding this one was a little more difficult than expected, mostly because I didn’t have my eyeglasses on and I didn’t realize there was a tiny terminal under the terminal — so go to the end of A and then go down stairs. They had a few New Belgium taps, a few NB bottles and a few boring domestic beers. They might have food, but I don’t think I would order it. Cheers! If you have a few hours to kill at DIA and don’t want to drink beer at the larger and more crowded hub you should stretch your legs and take a hike over to the Spoke.

Totally hit the spot. Flying thru DEN, needed something to fill my belly. Did the buffalo burger and a couple of brewskis. Better than your average airport fare. Located near where the little airplanes go thru the United terminal.

Don’t order BBQ chicken sliders. They are all bread with almost no fries. Good thing they don’t make beer here!

What a find! If you have time and can find it, Spoke is located in the puddle jumper section at the end of the A concourse in the Denver Airport. Great New Belgium beers on tap and in bottles. Not much else. Cheap($ 5.75 bottle and $ 5.25 drafts) beers for an airport bar! If you find yourself in Denver on a layover and have time to explore, visit Spoke!

What better way to spend a layover coming back from vacation than at a bar with good friends reminiscing about all the fun times that were had?! The bar itself is somewhat small, but cute, colorful, and with plenty variety for our foursome. We happened to stay over a shift change, and both our bartenders were super friendly and helpful. The location is about as out of the way and random as you can possibly get — tucked at the end of the regional section of Concourse A(a la, down in what feels like the basement and all the way down the corridor). It’s no big deal if you’re seeking to burn some time, but don’t expect to grab a quick brew as you jet to your next terminal. With that said, the next time I’m in DEN with enough of a layover, I’d go out of my way to head down here — no crowd, laid back, and good beer.

Good Beer selection for an Airport, but not the wide selection I was hoping for. Still there are worse places that you could drink in an airport. The prices aren’t half bad, but not the greatest either. I just wish they would have only their beer on tap, and nothing else.

Quick bite before boarding the plane. Service was active and efficient. I had a club sandwich and chips. The only negative thing that experience the bread was dry. I think if they would have toast the bun it will come all right.

The New Belgium Spoke is a good idea, but just doesn’t go far enough. Only 4 – 5 beers were on tap, and two of those include Fat Tire and Coors Light. I had the Snow Day, which was the only thing remotely interesting for their line-up, which was a good beer. The price was, well, airport-like at around $ 6 for a pint. $ 4 will net you a fairly plump hot dog, which is tasty but in reality is still overpriced. They sure could use a larger selection of NB beer to make the trek here worth-while. It’s a bit of a hike even if you’re flying Southwest out of the 50’s gates. They do have a few others in bottles in their cooler. Service was very attentive, but the distance + lack of selection means I probably won’t be back. If you can’t get NB where you live, then this might be worth a stop. It’s certainly less crowded than the bars/breweries in the heavily traveled areas.

Don’t be fooled — this is more than just an «airport bar.» The New Belgium spoke is part of the ‘travel’ experience. I was looking for the New Belgium Hub(in Concourse B), but saw signs for one of my favorite local breweries in concourse A. «Strange,» I thought. I was pretty sure New B. was in B. This place has been open since late 2011, and has a limited beer selection compared to the other NB bar at the airport, and almost no food — just hot dogs and chips. What this place does have, however, is one of the friendliest bartenders you’ll ever meet. She has reddish-brown hair, I think her name is Ann(?), and she will greet you with a smile and chat with you to pass the time until your flight. Airports can be stressful, and she understands that. The hot dogs are decent — not as good as the brats and dogs in front of home depot, but good for a mid-grade hot dog, and perfect for a small meal to tide you over until your next stop. As far as beer, there are 4 taps of the most popular NB beers(I think one may have been for Coors light, but we can pretend like that’s not the case) and bottles of 1554, Abbey, and maybe two others. Not quite as many as in concourse B, but better selection than anything else in the airport. I’m going with 5 stars — not because it’s gourmet cuisine, but because for what it is(a small bar with no kitchen), it is as good as it can be, and it is perfect for getting a good craft beer and a small bite to eat, and, if you’re lucky, some good conversation while you wait. It’s a little tricky to find — you have to go all the way to the end of the A-concourse, then head down an escalator, veer slightly left at the gates, and follow the ground-level hallway. Bar is on the left.
