Novo Soft Tissue & Spine

I went to see Scott King for therapy on my right shoulder. 4 years ago I broke my collar bone and two years prior to that I had a grade II AC joint separation. I have tried multiple doctors to address the pain and the limited motion that I was experiencing. I was nervous to go to a chiropractor, as I have never seen one before. Scott opened up my eyes to therapy that I did not know existed. He performed some deep tissue exercises and he changed my perspective about what chiropractic therapy really is. The session was not painful and Scott was very aware of my comfort level as he performed the therapy. The results were immediately noticeable. I regained 90% of my range of motion. It has been 3 weeks since I my last series of treatments and I have maintained all of my range of motion.
And just think, I could have done this years ago. but the amazing thing is, it still worked even though I had been living with the injury and discomfort for 4 years.
