Oakley O Store

Located on the first floor at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Oakley is currently having a special buy 1 item (accessories and/​or apparal), get the 2^nd item for 50% off.
My husband and I are big fans of Oakley, mainly for their glasses/​sunglasses. One thing that really sets Oakley apart from other eye wear brands is their acknowledgement of Asians lack of nose bridge. Most Asians do not have a nose bridge and so whenever they were glasses or sunglasses, they have to constantly readjust their glasses when it slides off their nose. I am one of those people.
Oakley created an «Asian Fit» line that provides gripped nose pads on the glasses so that they rest comfortable on the nose and prevents slipping. Some of their frames in this line also provide longer nose pieces (with the grip material) as well to prevent sliding.
Anyways, now that you know this information, my husband and I wanted to just check out what items they had in the store this afternoon.
Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by a female sales associate. She asked us if we knew about their current sales promotion (there are signs posted everywhere, so it is hard not to notice it, but she was just making sure we were well aware of it) and if we had any questions. I had asked her if they currently sell the arms of the crosslink glasses because my husband’s have broken off and is in need of a replacement. She said that they don’t have any, even though the corporate office had told them they would get them (but there was no definite deadline as to when that would happen). This particular Oakley location is quite unique in that they have an optometry in store. They provide a 25% discount on prescription eye wear purchases if you show proof that you have any type of vision insurance.
But aside from this store not carrying these particular items, our overall shopping experience was a pleasant one.

Great store. Its well set-​up like you’d expect of an Oakley store. They have a pretty decent selection. I had a fairly tough time finding the right sized shorts at about any store in the mall. I found what I needed here though. One of the salemen even offered to check in the back for any additional pairs of shorts they might have in my size. BOOM, they had EXACTLY what I wanted!!! When it comes time for me to get a new pair of Oakley sunglasses, I’m gonna go back here to buy them. These guys are solid!

Lovely store, and a lot of merchandise, but the salespeople seemed a bit clueless when I inquired about a sunglass model that had been «revived from the Oakley vault» and had been stopped producing about 13 years ago — the Eye Jacket. They have oval lenses, and I have yet to find another oval-​lensed sunglass with a comfortable frame. They had never heard of it. Pity.
They did sell me some nice and unnecessary, but slightly fun, O decals for my car… not too badly priced for Cherry Creek, I guess.
