Established in 2008.

Oasis, Inc. (formerly Oasis212Denver), DBA Oasis Sanctuary. Original 1 treatment room office was on Parker Rd in Denver, then upgraded to the third floor Victorian style space in the City Park neighborhood to our current permanent location where we occupy three floors of the Victorian on the corner of Colfax at Fillmore.

At Oasis Sanctuary; your sanctuary, our mission is to provide quality, sustainable, affordable massage for those seeking pain relief/​management, relaxation, or a Denver Staycation escape.

Our massage sanctuary is located at 2839 E. Colfax Ave. Denver, CO 80 206. We serve the Colorado, Denver Metro, LoDo, City Park and Capitol Hill neighborhoods.

David S.

Business Owner

David began his affinity with massage as a child. Massaging his mother’s feet after her long waitress shift. He continued helping friends and family find pain relief and relaxation via massage. In 2008 he graduated with an Associates of Occupational Studies in Therapeutic Massage, founding Oasis212Denver, LLC. now Oasis, Inc. DBA Oasis Sanctuary.

David continues to grow his personal practice and business by seeking new treatment techniques, continuing education, involvement with professional associations in therapeutic massage and collaboration with other therapeutic massage professionals, chiropractors, medical physicians, spiritual and holistic practitioners.

Wow — what an incredible massage! I cannot recommend this place enough, and especially the amazing massage therapist Richard. Richard was welcoming and gave me a great «challenging massage». What I mean by challenging is it not only felt great but he really worked out some knots I’ve been suffering with — the «hurt so good» type of massage. Great for people who like firm pressure — which many people fall short of providing, but Richard hit the nail on the head. I will definitely be back. Thank you Richard!

David gives one of the best massages that I have ever received. I had one pretty good sized knot in my back that he worked on for some time until it felt much better. The sanctuary is clean, smells nice, and very inviting. This is my second visit and it won’t be my last. I am considering becoming a member to get all of the benefits and discounted monthly massages. Of all of the places I have been to in Denver, this one stands out as the very best.

David was Amazing!!! I came in with a pinched nerve, a sore neck, and knots all in my shoulders. He worked magic. I felt like a new person the very next morning. I’ve been to various massage therapists in the Denver metro area, and I have to say that Oasis Sanctuary is one of the best places in town. It has a lovely, comfortable environment, soothing atmosphere, and the therapists there are fantastic! I’ve worked with David, Adriana and Jean and have never yet had a bad experience. David, the owner, takes care to bring on people who are not only good at what they do, but are personable and professional. There is no doubt in my mind that I could book an appointment with any one of the team members there and have a great experience :-) The rates are quite reasonable, especially if you become an Executive Member (which I am).
All in all, I would absolutely recommend Oasis Sanctuary!

I’m a strong believer in the power of human touch and massage therapy. Oasis Sanctuary has one of the best professionals on staff with Taylor. He is personable, professional and awesome at what he does. He listens to the needs of his clients, and knows how to identify and work on the areas and muscles that are stressed and require more attention. He even offers suggestions for after care at home to stretch out the most troubled areas. He makes the Executive Membership at Oasis Sanctuary totally worth it! Thanks Taylor!

I was very pleased with the massage that I received, 90 minute /​general message, with emphasis on lower back and neck. My lower back was in spasms when I arrived. David was able to work those spasms and knots out, as well as, other areas in my back and neck. Relaxing, soothing environment. Perfect place to get an awesome massage.

Holy amazingness. I live in Las Vegas and was in desperate need of a massage while I was in town. David has been highly recommended by several friends, so naturally I went to him at Oasis. I love the setup of the office. It’s very homey, inviting, and relaxing. Another note, it was WARM inside while it was 20 degrees outside. I’ve been to several offices and homes for massages where it was a little chilly, and boy, does that ruin the relaxation part. I had several knots in my back and forearms, so I was looking forward having them worked on, but I was not expecting to get all of them out as I know that generally takes going a few times. David was able to find several areas of tension I didn’t even know I had and work them out. My entire body felt so much better afterwards! I also have to say that his demeanor is exactly what one would want in a massage therapist. He’s laid-​back and genuinely concerned with your needs in the appointment. He also doesn’t get on his phone mid-​massage. Woop whoop! All in all, I highly recommend Oasis. Maybe the Hershey’s Kiss I got from the front desk helped a little too. ;)

Amazing massage! This tops my list for Massage Therapy! I am a pretty tough critic especially when it comes to Mind Body wellness and Oasis Sanctuary surpassed every expectation when it comes to this kind a care. David was great. He really loves what he does and that makes a world of difference when it comes to massage therapy. I would recommend Oasis Sanctuary massage to everyone! Thanks Guys!

I’ve had a lot of great massages in Denver but David’s tops the list. He is kind, professional, intuitive and had a found a perfect balance between Swedish and deep tissue techniques, which is just what I needed. He was also very knowledgeable about the body and had great suggestions for things I could do on my own to help problem spots. The space is clean, warm and inviting… even charming in an old-​Denver kind of way. I will most definitely be back.

This place is a great find. I was with Adriana for a 90 minute Swedish massage, and she was friendly, communicative, and a wonderful masseuse. The most reasonably priced massage spa in the area, I would highly recommend Oasis.

What a lovely place. I had a 90 minute massage and asked Jean for something between a Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Jean was superb and friendly, the Victorian is very warm and inviting and the location is convenient.

Fantastic experience. David is wonderful. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough. I’ve never had a massage that was relaxing and therapeutic, not painful but not soft. He worked all of my problem areas with extra that most places will leave out like warm towels and feet. I will definitely be back.

I love this place. David, the owner, answered the phone when I first called, confused about how I had been paying for a membership there for months without realizing it. Instead of informing me that the monthly massages expire, he allowed me to use the compiled credits. I then herniated two discs and was not able to use the credits quickly, as we had agreed. Again, he gave me a break. Two months later, the doctor OK’d me for massages again. I let them know what my condition was when scheduling an online appointment with Taylor. When I arrived, Taylor assured me he was capable of the therapeutic massage I needed for my back issues. Within minutes, my anxiety was relieved. Taylor is awesome. Easily the best, most therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing him for a couple weeks now and my back is well on its way to recovery.
This place is also totally comfortable, the environment is as inviting as the whole staff, it’s laid back, non-​pretentious, relaxing… everything I personally have looked for in my massage place. And the membership– $ 40 per month for a free massage– is very affordable.
I highly recommend this place.

I’m from out of town and searched Unilocal to find a massage within walking distance to where I’m staying, a few businesses came up and ultimately I chose Oasis 212 and I’m very glad I did.
I first liked the ability to schedule the massage online, I was searching on Labor Day and being able to schedule a massage for the next day was great because I was able to plan my day ahead of time rather than waiting to see what time I could go.
The second thing I liked was walking up to the house — Oasis 212 is for people like me who want a good quality massage without the unnecessary fake/​trying too hard sterile spa atmosphere. It’s on the 3rd floor in a gorgeous older house. I agree with «Wendy T» in her previous review … «They are very down to earth at Oasis 212».
I loved the room, it made me feel like I was at home. Above I mentioned «sterile spa» — meaning cold floor, no natural light, a vase of bamboo and a pile of rocks — a fake attempt at creating some kind of Zen environment. This room
was welcoming, calming and I liked that there were drapes that filtered in some natural light.
I think Jean was very good — she did phenomenal work on my neck and shoulders, made a great suggestion to use a particular oil for my tense muscles. Her pressure was perfect, and frankly I felt it was the most sincere massage I’ve ever had, meaning she actually cared about her work and how it was helping my body.
On my returns to Denver, I will absolutely go back to Jean.
