Outer Edge Performance began with a convergence of people, philosophies, practices and purpose. Founded in 2005, we have quickly grown to become a leader in outdoor experiential learning, athletic performance, team building and leadership development.

The outdoors and its physical challenges are our inspiration and metaphor for life and success. Whether it’s team building on a sheer rock face, guiding students to the summit of a 14,000-foot peak, or facilitating a corporate retreat, our programs are carefully designed for meaningful learning and self-​discovery.
