Party O’Clock

We have used Party O’Clock on three different occasions (two for business and one for personal use) and have been very pleased with each experience. We will continue using this service to take our events to the next level!

Had Party O’Clock come out for a huge CrossFit event at our gym. We had 300 athletes, and they helped capture some fun moments. Each strip had the event logo as well, which was awesome! Made our event stand out from just another CF event!

I booked the photo booth and DJ stand for my wedding reception on July 17^th and have experienced poor communication ever since. Right off the bat after booking, we found 2 mistakes in their contract, one being that their address was wrong! The deposit that I sent to them was returned due to the wrong address being listed and when I called to straighten it out the company was apologetic stating that they had just moved offices and hadn’t updated their contract to reflect that. I decided to give them another chance and continue my services with them. As the process continued, communication with this company became less than ideal requiring 2 or 3 emails for one question before getting a response. Finally, when it came time for final payment, I received an invoice at 5:42 pm on June 18^th stating that final payment was due on June 18 (the same day I received the email) or services would be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Because the contract that I signed stated that final payment was not due until early July, I delayed sending it on the 18^th and sent an email asking for clarification instead. I finally received a response to this email 2 days ago, on July 8^th and will credit Party O’clock for profusely apologizing for the issue. While I decided to cancel services through them due to the many bumps throughout the process, I do appreciate their apology and the fact that they offered to return my deposit after all to make it right, which is why I feel 2 stars is appropriate.

We used Party O’clock for our wedding last year and loved it! Party O’clock made our wedding that much more memorable and special! The service was beyond our expectations and they accommodated our needs! The staff was very easy to work with and super kind! The prices were very reasonable. The photo booth was a hit at our wedding (just about every guest tried it out more then once), which had a good variety of props and it didn’t stop there, they even made a scrap book for us with the guests personal messages and their pictures so we can forever remember our special day! The guest even got a copy of their pictures to take home with them as well! We are beyond pleased!

I have not yet had the opportunity to use Party O’clock, but I am familiar with the business and its owners, and have had the opportunity to view the equipment and see how it all works. The business is a truly innovative one in that the company has been able to figure out how to make party /​event /​wedding planning easier, less expensive, and automated to the tastes of its customers. This is the future of party planning: easy, customizable, user-​friendly, and inexpensive. I would not hesitate to use Party O’clock for my next party.

I was excited about using the Party O Clock until they started getting weird about their pricing. They quoted me one price and then threw an few extra hundred dollars onto the total cost when it came time to sign the contract. If they pull these shenanigans now, what kind of things are they going to pull when your event actually happens. I don’t trust this company and they are just as expensive as hiring a DJ. Not for me!

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! You’re doing an awesome job. Keep up the great work. It was the best decision having your equipment at our wedding. So great to work with and there were no worries. These guys just made it happen how we wanted it. We got to make our own selections of music prior and everyone enjoyed how great the sound quality was. Forget those other DJ services, they lug around a whole bunch of equipment and give you a limited amount of songs that you don’t really get to choose from. If you do want additional songs that they don’t have in their library, they charge you extra. This choice was absolutely worth it. Our wedding was perfect and we look forward to coming back to you for future events.
