Pasterkamp Heating and Air Conditioning is a family owned and operated business serving Front Range residential and commercial customers since 1959. Brothers, Jim and Dirk, operate their business with one objective in mind — 100% Customer Satisfaction. They operate as if each and every customer is part of their family.

The Pasterkamp family’s dedication to customer satisfaction originated from founder Dick Pasterkamp’s father John (an old world metal craftsman) who emigrated from Holland. Dick learned the heating and air conditioning trade from his father, and created the company in 1959. Dick’s sons Jim and Dirk continue the tradition of providing the Pasterkamp 100% Customer Satisfaction guarantee.

Business Owner

Jim Pasterkamp, who grew up in the family business, earned a bachelors degree Calvin college 1983, returned to the company in 1987 after serving sheet metal apprenticeship and working for other local HVAC firms. After working his way up though the construction side of the company he was promoted to sales estimator /​project manager from 1991 – 1996. In 1996 he was appointed president and co-​owner of the family firm. serving on several industry associations and boards, Jim has directed the Company in a period of stable growth in revenues and profit and has continued to diversify and lead the company into new markets required by our demanding economy.
