Patriot Painting Painted our office last weekend and did a great job! They arrived right on time, were professional and friendly. They did a great job communicating with me during the job and beforehand. I would definitely recommended them and plan on using them again in the future!

We had a terrible experience with Patriot Painting. Their paint job was sloppy at best with little or no prep (what prep they did do was only after we complained), overspray on many surfaces, crushed downspout extensions, paint foot prints on our newly refinished deck, overspray on my interior hardwood floors and walls (from spraying out the front door with dark gray paint), uneven paint, paint not applied in certain areas (they never applied the 2^nd coat that was promised in their contract). It has been a week since we have seen anyone from Patriot although they have repeatedly promised to come back and fix their mess. We still have bags of trash, debris, nails, fast food bags, cans, bottles etc. littering our yard, as well as masking and tape on various parts of the house. Worst experience we have ever had with a contractor.

We just finished having the exterior of our house painted by Patriot Painting. I originally found them on Angie’s list along with 2 other painting companies. After having quotes from all 3 companies, Patriot came in about 15% less expensive.
Greg came out for a quote and said that they could begin in early March, which lucky for us was relatively warm and dry. My husband and I were unsure of our color choices and we were offered a color consultant to help us free of charge. The color consultant, Charisa, was helpful and seemed very competent. The crew began on a Thursday and worked all day. The crew leader, Jerry, walked my husband around the entire house to confirm our choice of color on trim and gutters. They came again early Friday and were finished by late afternoon. Jerry had us walk around the house to check on any spots that needed to be touched up. There were very few and were corrected right then. All paint was left with us and the crew cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with our choice of Patriot Painting and I will, and have recommended them to our Tallyn’s Reach neighbors.

I chose this company based on online reviews (later to learn they offer discounts to those that write good reviews). We had them paint the trim, doors, cabinets, and touch up spots throughout our home this past May. It is late July, and the job is still not complete (a wall/​window missed in our master, three doors left unpainted, several spots where they spackled but didnt paint over, and peeling already occurring on one of the doors they did paint). While I have come to expect contractors to be flighty sometimes, these guys take the cake. I’ve called the owner, emailed 5+ times, and no response in attempting to come fix the job. What has been most frustrating is that they left paint all over the wood floors (literally taking rags and wiping white paint it all over the floor), they broke my daughters bedroom door, poured paint all over my dog (on top of him– we had to have him shaved down to his skin), the guys peed all over the toilet seat and never attempted to clean up… you get the scene. Our house cleaner spent 5 hours just trying to clean up the mess they made. I shared this information to the owner in the most diplomatic way possible requesting that they finish their job and replace the broken door (which the team manager admitted they broke). Miguel not only failed to acknowledge any of the issues (had no interest in reviewing pictures or to come see for himself) but he accused me of being ‘unfair’ in my frustration, and now he has failed to respond for months now. This has been the strangest and most frustrating experience we have ever had in dealing with any company. While I cannot say if the other reviewers were sincere in their opinions, or encouraged with the good review discount they seem to offer, I can say that after talking with others that have used this painting company in the past, the resounding opinions are quite negative.

I am following up on my previous review that I somehow deleted. They are done (11 hours later). The job does look good. Once they started it didn’t take too long. They painted our exterior doors and trim. So, I suppose if you have all day to sit around then these are your guys.
About the previous review-​they were supposed to show up at 8am and didn’t until 1pm. After they were out getting the paint for another 2.5 hour wait they dropped the paint in the driveway and put it back in the bucket… literally. I figured we’d end up with little rocks in the paint, but so far I don’t see any. I probably wouldn’t use them again based on the lack of respect for our time.

I just had Patriot paint my new house prior to move in. They did my room, living room, bathroom, baby’s room, kitchen and fixed a few areas where the previous owner had did a purple accent wall. (yuck)
The house looks great! We are in the process of looking at starting a custom home and I will call back my Patriot guys to paint any further homes I have, in the future.
A job well done…

Patriot Painting did my entire interior walls, railings, stained wood, refinished a plaster wall with drywall, and smoothed out a popcorn ceiling. They came in at the right price, finished a 2k sq ft house in 4 days and were on budget.
We found that after they had completed the job, the newly refinished ceiling had begun to chip away. I called them back and they came out the next morning to finish free of charge.
Miguel the owner/​manager touched base throughout the process and was very professional.
I was extremely happy with the quality, timing, and pricing of their work and highly recommend.
