Hello fellow Yelpers. Tax is my talent and passion. I am a licensed Colorado Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney. I prepare tax returns: both simple and very complex. We also perform bookkeeping, accounting and auditing functions all year long. We perform audits of 401k plans as push ups during the ‘off’ season.

My practice offers reasonable rates and handles the most demanding tax returns and very simple returns. My practice is currently in growth mode. We now accept credit cards.

I have prepared tax returns in Colorado since 1994. I moved to Colorado in 1994 and lived in the ski town of Crested Butte. I started a tax return preparation business in Crested Butte. Since that time, I have prepared tax returns for individuals and businesses. I also consult businesses with legal and tax issues.
