Although the staff was nice and broth was good meat portion was way too small and the servers were not too attentive and spent more time chatting with visitors than helping customers pass this phở up and go to the one down a couple blocks.

We came downstairs for dinner, glad to be out of the cold and eagerly anticipating some hot piping phở to warm ourselves. I ordered the phở with rare steak and tendon. There were barely any toppings! They totally skimped on both the steak and tendon. I had a couple bits of very well-done slices of meat(raw my ass), and the tendon was nowhere to be found. Also, they have an option between vegetable and meat broth, but the server never asked which one I preferred. I would have ordered the meat broth, but I assume he gave me the vegetable one. The broth wasn’t bad — much more black pepper compared to other phở I’ve had. The prices weren’t expensive and the portion size was decent(except for the meat, which was scarce). But the complete lack of toppings was a huge disappointment.

Came in here instead of looking for the other place and was super impressed. The décor isn’t all that, but the phở… oh lordy. That was the best! The broth just exploded with rich beefy spicy flavors. Excellent service, Loved it!

If you are staying downtown Denver and in need of phở try this place. My friend and I were looking for phở and stumbled upon this place via Unilocal and dismissed it based on the photos but tried it based on location/walking distance. The staff were kind/sweet & friendly. Being from California and eating phở by a college campus I believe I’ve had good phở. I’ll be honest I’ve had better spring rolls as theirs could use more attention to detail with the cuts of cucumber and having the rolls cut. The phở was good not the best but definitely tasty and satisfying. Prices & size were on point. I probably just missed my favorite phở place back home but when I’m town I’ll be visiting.

For the most part, I believe that phở is phở. I mean, how many variations of broth and noodles could there possibly be? The phở at Phở N Grill is really no different, although I ordered mine with shrimp(per a previous Unilocaler’s recommendation) and I was pleasantly surprised. What a delicious addition! There is a bit of a language barrier(shrimp=shreeeeeeeeep, for reference) but the menus are portable so you can easily point out what you’d like. The cart is incredibly clean and well organized — all of the accessories are pre-packaged in baggies while the noodles, broth and shrimp(of course) are made while you wait. I was surprised to see no line on a chilly fall day, but it worked out well for me. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Service with a smile and a filling feast for less than $ 10 — I’m sold!

Great surprise downtown. I didn’t think any of the phở options downtown have gotten it right but PNG is the best of all the phở options downtown. Quick service, cheap and plentiful.

In a bizarre twist that I guess perfectly typifies May weather in Colorado, today is exactly 40 degrees cooler than last Friday. This meant I was in the mood for phở! This food cart phở is a total winner. For $ 6, I had a huge bowl well packed(broth was separate) with all the trimmings(sprouts, basil, lime wedge, jalapeño slices, hoisin and hot sauce) plus fork, spoon, chopsticks and napkins. Delicious and no wait. I slurped up the whole thing.

Delicous!!! Great food for not a lot of money. Got the phở with shrimp. 1) Tons of shrimp, 2) Very organized, everything was in a baggy ready to go, 3) People were very nice, 4) Brooth was in a separate container so the noodles didn’t get all soggy on the way back to the office. Great addition to the food cart mall scene!

New Phở on the Mall! New Phở on the Mall! Phở N Grill is a recent addition to the 16th St. Mall food cart explosion. And I think I’m really glad I got there before the crowds. First thing, they have a little communication problem I ordered the Phở, and ended up with the N Grill. And I’m pretty darned happy that that mix up happened, because my grilled pork and rice is amazing. The flavor is intense, sweet, savory and declicious. The bowl came with rice, cucumber, tomato and sauce. The fish sauce is also good, and not too fishy for someone who doesn’t really like fish. This is a large portion of food for $ 6. Cash only, peeps. I’ve already had two people come by my office to see what smells so good. I think this cart is going to be a hit. I can’t wait to try the Phở!
