I write this with a caveat that I have never been inside Pilates on Broadway. I bought at $ 35 package off Living Social for 3 classes, which had to be used consecutively as Beginner 1, 2, &3. The owner was very good about getting a set of these(1, 2, 3) on a Thursday late afternoon, as there were not any in evenings or weekends scheduled. Finally, after over 6 weeks & hoping enough people signed up for the classes, the morning of the first class, I had to call and cancel as relative passed away. The business has a 24 hour cancellation policy, which I understand. However, the owner stated I could spend $ 25 for a single class or buy a package(minimum $ 110) for her to allow me to use my two remaining classes. In addition, the owner stated, «You would still be required to attend Beginner 1, 2, and 3, in order, prior to registering for regularly scheduled group classes.» I knew my schedule & the owners would certainly not coincide again prior to the living social expiration, thus I lost the $ 35. Could be a great place, but waaay to rigid to work with a normal person’s schedule and one would think that a family death would allow some flexibility and/or understanding.
