April helped me buy my first home in Harvey Park. She went far above and beyond and made the process go very smoothly. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. She made sure to educate me through the process and was very ethical in her approach. Before meeting with April we had met with other realtors. None of them impressed us as much as she did and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. Will be recommending to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Maybe we just had a bad experience, or we just couldn’t afford the stunners that are selling in the Denver area, but we had everything go wrong with our first buying experience. Our inspection requests were not turned in on time (therefore voided), our realtor had pressured us into going under contract on houses that were unsafe to inhabit. Add to that, the inspection wasn’t thorough and we weren’t given the option of finding our own inspector. The cherry on top was after our condo sold, we were told explicitly that we should leave a monetary gift for the new owner for letting us stay a few more days. My wife and I are both teachers; it’s not like we have loads to throw around.
I’m not saying that everything that was done was wrong, or the fault of Preferred Properties, but I would caution first time buyers from working with this company.

I recommended April Pluss to my Grandparents who were looking to sell my Great Grandmas condo in Littleton. My Grandma switched Realtors due to April’s dedicated and knowledge of the market. Within less then a week April had gotten over $ 20,000 over my Grandparents asking price. She is amazing!
