I had a worst experience here. Host are very nice and friendly, but the standard of the hotel is very cheap. First time saw a place with brown comforter, which looked dirty for me. I had to ask the host to change it to white. And through my 4 days of my stay, TV remote was missing after room service one day.

This is probably my worst hotel experience. I’ve travelled professionally for decades.
My first room reeked of urine and was stifling hot. Despite the freezing temps outside, it was approximately 80 degrees inside. My next room smelled better, but wasn’t any cooler. There weren’t any temperature controls. Only a Cool/​OFF/​Heat switch.
Furthermore, upon checking in, I verified there would be a shuttle at 3:30 am to get me to the airport in time for my flight. I even witnessed the attending clerk call the shuttle company to verify. At 3:35am there was no shuttle and the attending clerk called to verify they were on their way. No one was coming. They had no record of a call being placed.
Thankfully, there was a party of six on their way to Jamaica for a wedding who were also waiting. They happened to have cars and room for me and we drove to the airport.
Laslty, this hotel is dirty and dark. I know it’s old and in serious need of an update. But, this hotel is nowhere near worth $ 99/​night. I’ve had better experiences at a Motel 6.

Spend the extra couple bucks and stay elsewhere please. In fact, you will most probably find another hotel that is cheaper and way better. 1 star for the free parking. Otherwise, don’t do it. The concierge was questionable. Immediately upon arrival, I was already turned off. I stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before the girl looked up and didn’t even really ask me if I needed assistance, just looked at me and asked, «What?» OK. Mid response, she interrupts me to talk to her coworker and whine about how she needs to get out of work early cause she can’t pick her kids up late again or else child services will come again. Additionally, we stayed on the 100-​level where the room next to us was the housekeeping supply room and the door constantly slammed, even at night, and you could definitely hear it. Plus, we stayed next to these sketchy guests who had people come in and out of their rooms. The room was humid and the a/​c struggled to keep up, the room smelled, and the floor was gross. Go somewhere else. There was a nice looking Renaissance Hotel next door, which can’t be any worse than this, so go there instead!

Horrible… Air conditioner is very loud and this place smells. Like an old man. SMH Smh. Wish I would have stayed next door.
