Rainbow Play Systems

After researching MANY different play sets, we knew we wanted a Rainbow play set for our family. Based on the reviews around the internet, we weren’t sure we should purchase from here. After visiting the store one time just to check it out, we realized this place is AWESOME! Our children had a blast playing on all of the different sets! The manager answered all of our questions, gave us his information, and let us know we could call if we had any more questions. We visited the next day with Grandpa and Grandma to help pick out the perfect set for our family. Even they were impressed with the quality of the play sets and customer service from the staff. We set up a delivery and install date within 2 weeks. Our children could hardly wait! The installers arrived on time, helped us pick out the perfect spot in the yard, and installed our set in less time than they had estimated! Our whole family has played on it constantly since we got it, even Grandpa and Grandma! We love it! We would (and do) recommend this store to all of our family, friends and customers that have children or grandchildren at their home!

We bought play set and it was delivered and installed the next day! The quality is also excellent and worth the price. Redwood is also USA made! Don’t waste your time with the lower priced play sets.

Folks, if you have children and have room for the big wooden play sets Rainbow is the only way to go. We’ve moved a few times and I’ve purchased wood playsets from the warehouse outlets only to be dissatisfied with the quality and durability of the product. Rainbow provides a lifetime warranty on some parts and replacement parts out of warranty can be purchased and shipped to your house any time.
If you are in the Denver area the Rainbow Play Systems showroom is just north of downtown on 25. They have a huge display of fully assembled sets. Take your kids and let them try the systems out.
However, if you ever need something replaced under warranty or need to purchase replacement parts I highly encourage you to call a showroom outside the Denver area. All orders actually go to the main manufacturing plant so it really doesn’t matter which showroom you order from. My experience over the past two years with the Denver showroom has been very frustrating. Everything requires a call back but the problem is they absolutely never call back. Whether I’ve stopped by and personally talked with Linda or Shanna or have talked with them on the phone they always tell me they will call back with information, delivery dates, or just inquiries on orders and not once have they ever called. Moreover, if you want them to check status of an order they will only tell you that the factory guarantees four to six weeks for delivery and unless it is beyond six weeks they won’t call.
I’ve tried to find a corporate phone number but have been unsuccessful. If you call the 800 number on the Rainbow website it automatically routes you to the showroom in your area.
So, in my opinion the play sets are the best out there but the customer service for the Denver location is poor enough to recommend that you go somewhere else.
