Colin was the one to help us at Kenzan. He has come to install on two separate occasions and is a complete pleasure to work with! He is very good at explaining the process and helping the client find the best solution for placing sensors and alarm pads in your office/​home. Colin made sure that I was secure with using the touchpad and even offered to help me set up the second alarm system on my phone and apple watch! It goes without saying that Colin is dedicated to making people’s experience the best. He embodies the «Reliable» portion of your name, as I feel that Colin is an irreplaceable individual in your organization. He is clearly deserving of a better position than installer and should be considered for management as his political savvy and communication skills are very high. Great experience. I got four cameras installed and they took the time to hide all the cables and just generally put a lot of effort and care into everything. The camera feed is high quality and the cameras are very low profile. I would definitely recommend Reliable to others.

After reading a number of posts on NextDoor about break-​ins in our area, my husband and I decided it’d be a good idea to get a security system. I did a ton of research on home security services and Reliable Home Security offers a top of the line service at the most affordable price, and they’re located in Denver. Colin installed our equipment, was exactly on time and was super helpful. The system is super easy to use. I couldn’t be happier with this service and company.

I’m very late in actually writing a review. Our home was robbed a few years ago. After that incident, I no longer felt safe in my own home. We decided to get an alarm system. I was really anti-​ADT, but checked out the home alarm system and felt the service was very expensive for the limited support it provided. I looked on Unilocal and saw different companies and options. Reliable Home Security was one of the best rated. Once I researched their website and called to speak with someone, that person was very helpful in explaining their options and I found their rates to be very reasonable.
I set up an appointment within the next week. The installer came out, installed the system and explained how it all worked. He helped me download the app via
. The monitoring company is Monitronics and whom the bill comes from monthly.
I found Reliable Home Security to be very professional throughout the process. Reliable Home Security helped give me piece of mind.

I agree with the comments that my initial purchase and installation was great, however the customer service after the fact has been terrible! We had our alam go off twice by accident and there was never a follow up call on the false alarms. Also, I had questions regarding the terms of my contract and couldn’t get anyone in the office the answer them. I spoke with several employees and after several calls and messages, finally got an answer. The company is very 2 bit, very unprofessional. I would recommend going with a larger, more established company.

These guys are the real deal, especially when it comes to customer service. I cannot thank them enough for answering my million questions with honest answers. They are so profession and courteous, which you don’t often see anymore. I recommend them to anyone who wants a good product, to feel safe and especially anyone who wants to work with professionals. Very professional, very affordable. From the first phone call we made to Reliable Home Security to get pricing options, to the installation experience itself, this business has shown the utmost in professionalism and courtesy.
Matt set up our installation, and dealt with my barrage of a thousand questions very patiently. He worked to understand the layout of our house and explained in detail the neat technology that this company has for home security. He was very friendly and responsive, and wrote up three different installation proposals for me, showing me what features I could get for various installation costs. The installation package we chose was so much more affordable than what I’d imagined it would be for the features provided, and the installed system is very easy to use and gives us the security we want. It is easily upgradable should we choose to include more awesome ninja features in the future.
Colin did our installation. He was very respectful of the appointment time we were given, and checked in with both my husband and I well in advance of our appointment window. Once again, I was so impressed by both the professionalism and friendliness of this RHS team member. There were many little things: removing his shoes when entering, being patient and kind as I entertained my rambunctious toddlers while he was trying to explain important contracts and payment options to me, installing the touchscreen console in a place that was both aesthetically pleasant and ergonomic for us. There were the big things: carefully installing sensors, testing the system, coordinating with the monitoring company, demonstrating how to use the system and the linked mobile app, and answering my bajillion more questions with a smile. And on all levels, the installation experience that Colin provided exemplified quality and care.

Just purchased my townhouse and I called several security system companies and received quotes… I decided to go with Reliable, Matt has been very professional and Andrew the tech that came to install was professional and answered all my questions. I found Reliable Home Security here on Unilocal and decided to purchase their security system for my home because of the great rating and reviews. I also researched a lot of other home security companies but, Reliable proved to offer the best quality for the best price.
Matt was the sales person I dealt with and he was always very pleasant and helpful without being overbearing, which I greatly appreciated.
Adam installed our system and was very professional and patient. He was careful in setting up the system and was thorough in explaining how it works.
It’s been a few days since our installation and so far we are very happy.

My wife and I had our first home security system installed yesterday. I was impressed by how cheap and easy the whole process has been. I inquired online, Matt (Sales) reached out to me, walked more through their product offering, gave me a quote while I was on the phone. All in 15 minutes. $ 99 install, $ 40 per month. For security and peace of mind. I couldn’t say no. Adam (technician) came out 3 days later to install. He took about 30 minutes to install the system and another 30 minutes to walk us through the mobile and on-​line applications, how the system works, how he uses it in his own home, etc.
I’ll be reaching out shortly to explore their other smart home capabilities.
I generally don’t give 5 stars, but I’m having a really hard time justifying anything less. I’ll provide an update in a few months if anything changes.

What a great local company and excellent customer service. I called and spoke with Matt — he took the time to really understand what I needed. Not only what I needed, but he recommended the right solutions. And, by solution I mean what I needed, not what cost the most money. The installation was scheduled within 1 week, and Adam came out to do the install. He was flawless. He was extremely careful in my home, courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing, and we also did a thorough walk through of the house and discussed my expectations and requirements for home security. After the sensors, motion detectors, etc. were installed, he then spent quality time with me educating me on the main key pad, as well as setting up my computer and iPhone with access. This company is fantastic. Adam is the best. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Reliable Home Security came out to my house today to install an alarm system. Their sales process was great. They were quick, honest, and informative about my alarm needs and getting this setup.
Andrew was the team member that came out to help me. He was on time, called a few minutes before he got here, and was very professional. The old alarm system they were upgrading ended up needing a lot more work, and he was fair and upfront about the cost. The system is up and running and it works very well. Send me email alerts and text messages even down to the detail of telling me which door was opened. Also has an app were I can arm and disarm my system remotely with a phone or a computer.
Overall, I would recommend these guys.

I purchased a home security system with a three-​year contract from Reliable Security on 08-​25-​2014 because they appeared to be an honest company that cares about the quality of the services that they provide.
That was a mistake that I will remember every time I pay them $ 49.00 a month for the next three years.
The first thing that should have warned me about Reliable Security was when they set up a appointment to install the system at 2.00PM and called me around noon that day and canceled the appointment.
The second thing that should have warned me was that Reliable Security sent a so-​called professional installation person to install the system that was so rude that my wife told me that she did not want him in our home and we had to have another person complete the installation.
After these two less than stellar examples of the quality of Reliable Security’s customer relations they called and set up an appointment with one of their management staff a Mr. Jake Schucker.
When Jake was at our home he was very apologetic for the two previous incidents and offered us two free months monitoring and explained the system and its features one which is that if the customer forgets to set the alarm they will be sent a text on their cell phone alerting them that the alarm needs to be set.
On October 5^th 2014 I tried to check this feature for the first time and found that it will not work on my iPhone 5 and contacted Reliable Security to have this feature fixed as the system was sold with a complete warranty for one year.
So far Reliable Security has not fixed this problem and they tried to say the problem was with at&t my cell phone provider or with Apple.
I contacted both companies and they checked for problems on their end and found that their systems are working correctly.
I told this to Jake at Reliable Security and he told me he would find out what is wrong and have the problem fixed.
That was several days ago and as of yet they have not bothered to contact me or get the problem fixed.
If you deal with Reliable Security make sure that they fix any problems before the thirty days that you have to cancel the deal expires.
I can now see why there are so few Reliable Security signs in the yards in Denver
